This is something that MMPOS and hiveOS can't do and I hate them for that, assuming you have both amd and Nvidia cards in your mobo and you want to mine an algorithm with AMD and another algorithm with Nvidia you won't be able to and this is possible on windows OS or is there something I don't know?

Yes it's possible. You can run multiple miner instances, even of the same miner, on different cards
or the same card. You can mine 2 algos on the same card or mine different algos on each card.
If the GUI doesn't support it just use the command line.

This is something that MMPOS and hiveOS can't do and I hate them for that....

well, Hiveos I don't know( and don't like)  but I am currently mining with MMpos Eth+zil  with few 1660S with LOL,ERGO with a 2GB RX 460 and rx 550 with LOL(35 MHs/card!!!) and RVN  with a couple of RX 470 4 GB with Gminer.

Just do as follow:
Create 3 miner profile, each of them with the appropriate syntax in term of devices: profile one --devices 0,1,2,3; profile two --4,5; profile 3 -d 6,7 in the advanced section of the miner.
Then when you are on the rig dashboard, you select all the 3 profiles (nevermind the banner:Please select only one miner profile per platform, for example one amd and one nvidia") as you can do more than that!
And relaunch the miner(s).
Tada!
Btw, you can add another one if you would like also Cpu mining

But even if yu follow the suggestion:

"Please select only one miner profile per platform, for example one amd and one nvidia"
you will be able to do what you want to do.

In HiveOS you can run two separate miners on two algos. Just have to identify the cards based on the miner’s commands. Some you can number, some you can just identify AMD or Nvidia.

Honestly I'm facing the same problem but for other reasons I just find hiveOS to be the best for GPUs like Vega 56 because of amdmemtweak this isn't available on MMPOS unless I'm the one who can't get it done, it's a matter if what works for you

For the moment that is the only option in HiveOS and even in Windows is the only option, you can run multiple instances of the miner, just edit the script that runs the miner and add your GPU-s for example Gpu 0,4,6 just making up that they are Nvidia cards and Gpu 1,2,3,5 AMD cards, you have just two simple scripts, run them simultaneously and this is how you can mine different algorithms with different cards and with different miner instances.I don't know any other way around this.

The only thing hiveOS do better is saving you more watts and better hashrate too, I can only do 47-50 on my Radeon Vega using HiveOS only, on windows this is almost impossible no matter what I do, if you are using Nvidia cards then windows is a good option too but not AMD

Amdtweak is in mmpOS its under Smart Tune / Custom then you have access to tweak every single amdtweak value.

You should use the discord for mmpOS for questions.
