So you point out that the Blockchain casino is more transparent than traditional casino? I would agree with that because in the Blockchain casino you can really check if your game is fair or not by verifying it with your seed while in traditional casino we are not really sure if it is fair or not. Can you please expound on how blockchain type of casino can verify the odds in a probably fair type of setting? I am somehow confused as to the difference between a traditional casino and a blockchain casino as I think it is impossible to fully verify all the transactions listed on a blockchain casino. Even though it offers transparency, I doubt that one has the capability or patience to check it.

Regardless, I would still prefer any casino whether it is blockchain based or not. What matters is its ongoing reputation and customer service to its players.

I think traditional casino can also have blockchain payment, there might not be a contrast comparison as envisaged.

Yeah, but people do confuse to distinguish what is blockchain, cryptocurrency and cryptography.
These days, all the crypto gambling houses are making use of cryptography to provide provably fair system which got nothing to do with blockchain (blockchain is a distributed data recording/maintaining system which is secured by cryptography).

Probably this topic will be more appropriate to have interesting discussion if it is about crypto casino vs traditional casino. Still, I guess we have already had that kind of discussions already here.

I never heard of a casino that is called a blockchain casino, or if I hear one maybe they are not anymore existing now. What I think is that blockchain casino is not a feasible business, people want instant outcomes and it's only possible if we don't rely on the blockchain for the result.

Blockchain is used for payment system verification only, that's the current setup now.

I guess what he's trying to say is that some casinos use blockchain hashes to determine the results but they call themselves as traditional casinos rather than a blockchain casino. The better term for this is probably on chain casino since these type of casinos used to be popular back then.

The both operate almost alike I think the only difference is the availability of newer games just like dice, plinko and crash and with this some traditional casino still have them listed even though in a local setup but it's pretty much the same. Then the transperancy in blockchain casino should be another attractive side that would give it edge over traditional casinos.

The thing about crypto casinos is that everything can start one, in a traditional casino setup you need so much money, even the machines itself would be a lot of money for some people, and the land you own or rent is another huuuuge entry point, basically the capital requirement for starting even the tiniest place could set you back as much as 100k and probably few million dollars if you want a semi-decent small place. Whereas in crypto world I can start a new casino, with just dice, for under $100 and it wouldn't even take that long to build it.

So, simply all I have to say is that we are in a situation where everyone can start a blockchain casino and that is why they are looking down on by so many, whereas blockchain casinos actually make a lot more money, because the costs are a lot less so they are capable of spending a lot more money.
