Yeah, because the vaccine has a 95% effectiveness even before the delta variants came into the conversation, and the boosters just maintain that level of effectiveness or gets close to it. Breakthrough cases means the vaccine is working, hence they're breakthrough and isolated. I couldn't access your source but assuming this is Israel, they'll probably lockup again because of the gloom and doom of an "only" 95 percent effective vaccine.
