Hi,

Following my misadventure (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5352804.0 ) and my 2.000 euro deposit (most probably lost  Cry ) , finally Binance support admised that EU / SEPA / FIAT situation is out of control.
This would be just a warning for all bitcoiner before situation became irreversible .

Can you elaborate further your case. I understand that they are holding you funds but as what I'm seeing on the screenshot of your conversation with the support, They are offering you a refund to solve your issue which is not a total loss for you base on the available details you provided on this thread.

Are they offering you an incomplete refund and what's the real reason why your fund is stuck?

I wrote all in my previous topic: On july 7 Binance suspended all EU Sepa deposit due EU regulation and promides that all deposit made was refunded within 7 days. In early morning of 7 july i deposited 2.000 eur by sepa, so involved in suspension. I waited 7 days, but refund didn't arrived. I contacted support,  and they said me to wait 7-14 days. I recontacted them again adn they said 7-21 day, and cocatced again said no have idea when refund will be processed: each time support gave me a different reply!

Now are 36 day that i'm waiting for my refund. And the attached screnshot was Binance last reply.

They wouldnt find a solution: i proposed to give me the same amoun deposited in crypto (just becaus my accoun is full working on crypto side!!!!) , but they reply me NO!

You better to edit your main post and add this one. This will make your issue easy to understand. Expect a different from support since different handle your issue base on there avaliability by the time you message them. As I understand, You are asking them refund you in crypto which valued by the time you made your deposit right? The price of market is currently grows a lot since you already wait for 3 weeks. I believe your best thing to do is to accept the refund they are offering first so that you can secure your initial money then just made a complain about them later. As far as I observed on this case especially when big exchange involved, You don't have any chance to win and imply your point with them because they will just gonna ignore you, Worst case block your account.

Wait for your refund first dude so that you can still have your funds back although you missed some possible profit.

Personally, I support this warning, but I think it will be temporary, just contact the support team because no one here can help you and try to reduce the hostile tone against them.
Frankly, Binance is getting tougher day after day in the laws and suddenly changing some of them, which causes many of these situations.
Usually the duration is 20-30 business days and therefore you may need about 40-50 days of days to get a full refund of your money.

Im prettt sure they will work out on that. They are big exchange and they will not let doen their client just because of an issue. CZ is an honored man, probably it only escalate due to their case. Better to keep them noted about the days but dont be pushy you know that they are doing their best. Im not a pro binance but I somehow trust the number 1 exchange a bit in terms of that kind of problem than other exchanges.

Im prettt sure they will work out on that. They are big exchange and they will not let doen their client just because of an issue.

I've read the initial story and this new part too and more and more I think that there may be a deadlock situation.

Something like Binance received the money, but cannot fund the account because now OP needs to be KYC for that.
.. and also cannot send the money back because of the recent SEPA issues.


Maybe I'm wrong, but there may all may be fuzzy:
* Binance support is too scared to be bit more malleable with the rules
* The bank just give back to Binance generic "wait more x days answers" because they wouldn't care less to save Binance's image
* For some reason the full KYC was rejected too and OP is too angry (I clearly understand that!) to try more on that path


Unless one of the 3 parts becomes more malleable, I think that it's a deadlock situation.
I'm not affiliated with neither of the parts and I can't say for sure that I'm right with my assumptions, however, this is my tiny attempt to help.

They ask me level pro too (source of wealth) and provided it a lot of time (all docs required)  but everytime was declined in few minutes (usually binance take not less than 10 days for verification!)

For that matter then we can say that this is really an unfortunate for clients like OP.  Lets just hope this sepa issue go low and be fixed by Binance smoothly.

Thats really a hassle situation. Level pro with such requirement is gonna be an headache especially if you are not the type of guy whom will submit these vital documents. Sorry mate, hope it got fixed soon.

I don't know that well all Binance requirements. But since you've already sent all the info to Binance, maybe you could ask guidance on what they didn't like/what you can send different. (This way you may also get to discuss with a different support operative since the first one was not helpful).

Again, it's just an idea. I'm really sorry that you got caught in this crazy situation.
Clearly the SEPA part will get fixed at some point and then the communication channel with the bank should get back to normal; but I don't know who can give a proper time estimation for that...
