Gift Hamper form CoinDCX Exchange

I have a Account in CoinDCX exchange, and now i use this Exchange more rarely, today i see that i got a massage on 15/11/2019 in my coindcx mail that CoinDcx send me a mail about Gift Hamper, and also was a google Form link on the massage.  I think i filled their Form with my Current address for Delivery but still i not received any Gift Hamper.

It would have been more beneficial if you could have posted screenshot of the mail you received which shows their email id and the content of the email.
You should always remember to check the option of receiving a copy of the google form you send. This way we can always keep it for reference.

If you didn't receive the gift I think it's probably because the email was fake and someone was trying to get your personal details.

Coindcx telegram would be proper place to ask, plus it could also be from scammers, be careful (I know you already filled it but..)

I think that was a Fake mail, but i am not 100% sure that mail was fake, becouse i know someting about fake mail,
They create a big list of mail, and then they select their massages to all listed email but it was different so i trust this mail and fill my address details but Still i not received any Gift from CoinDCX exchange, and also my account have still secure.

Which according me was to complete the KYC verification. My friend never recieved the hamper. I am not sure what steps he took later. Can you elaborate on issues? They refunded a guy who had lost couple BTC to scammer some time ago, it made them trustworthy for me.

I filled my permanent address details but i provide any kyc verification or not, i can't remember. But from some month i don’t use coindcx exchange.

I would not recommend anyone here to use CoinDCX, if you are desperate then go for WazirX. There are other ways by which you can convert your crypto into INR. It is better to use Paxful as you do not need KYC for converting your cryptos to INR. For trading I would recommend Binance.
