Michael Saylor says "Bitcoin is Canada's hope"

Quote
Quebec, Canada alone has enough 𝘂𝗻𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 hydroelectric power to operate the entire Bitcoin Network. Yeah, the entire thing.

Canada as a whole has 400 TWh of hydroelectric capacity.
https://twitter.com/michael_saylor/status/1426805190296997894?s=20

Will Quebec become the most advanced province/region in the world?

Due to political reasons in the United States. Canada allows Bitcoin to be used as a reserve currency for mining. Canada has faintly surpassed the trend of the United States to become a superpower. (However, the Canadian government is very strict, and the government may also take other actions.)

This helps Canada and its people grow and prosper. Quebec may become the most advanced state/region in the world. This will be an interesting future. The two articles are a bit similar, but there are differences, but it doesn't matter.

Michael Saylor says "Bitcoin is Canada's hope"
Maybe you have a point-Canada is among the books that use the most Bitcoin, maybe what Michael Saylor said makes sense.

But you must not forget Mexico, that is also hope for Bitcoin, you know with Bitso it's the biggest company in mexico as the hope of Bitcoin in the future.

We can say that Bitcoin can make canada strong economically. It is most valuable coin in crypto market. It is expensive coin. Its price is unpredictable so investers intrusted in this coin and that intrust makes canada strong economically by crypto currency tax to paid to the government. In future there are some chances it will be used as a payment asset. And it is benificial for canada. If canada is strong economically it will be a superpower automatically.

Many aspects of Canadian life are not well controlled by the government. They have some very bad crypto tax laws. Canada is now a communist country,I think they will just try to follow in the steps of China because Turdeau loves them and stifle innovation.

Nope, for a country to be a superpower in my opinion, they must have a strong economic influence, local and international and they have a sizeable nuclear arsenal so they can't be intimidated and has a military strength that's enough to take over a country in days and many other things, also worth mentioning that they have to be politically influential when it comes to international politics and they have some monopoly on a unique and sought after resources. Bitcoin can't make a country a superpower but it can help in one aspect.

The dictatorship of Quebec does not need good things and decentralized things like Bitcoin.
The government has recently been very worried about their concentration of power.
They will not be like El Salvador.

so the point of all that the Canadian government will facilitate large-scale mining of electricity consumption generated from hydroelectric capacity?
does it meet environmental friendly standards there?
I want to know an explanation. because I don't really understand the statement

Now that's just exaggerating what bitcoin can do when it becomes a big thing in Canada, it's not like bitcoin's going to solve all the problems in Canada, it's a financial tool but it's not a medical, military or geopolitical tool so I don't see the point of going to the extreme with the capabilities of bitcoin. Yes it might help with the economy but I don't think bitcoin's going to go outside the realm of finance.
