As long as internet is spreading more and more around the world, when every corners in this world is covered with internet and technology i'm sure bitcoin or cryptocurrency is the most fit currency to replace traditional currency because it could send money anywhere and anytime with ease.
We all know that time will happen and we as the veteran investors at that time will enjoy the results what we investing years ago

You've said it yourself. Bitcoin doesn't need the government to succeed. It can live on its own and thrive thanks to the way it was designed. One thing for sure is that Bitcoin will be more effective in the future. That's because developers are working day and night to make Bitcoin the best sound money in the world. Subsequent network upgrades will only make Bitcoin bigger, faster, and stronger than ever. Mainstream adoption is growing at an accelerated rate, so it should only be a matter of time before Bitcoin makes Fiat a thing of the past. Banks already know Bitcoin is too powerful, so they're trying to launch CBDCs of their own in order to stay relevant. I see a future where Bitcoin co-exists with Fiat as an alternative financial system anyone can use without restrictions or limitations of any kind. Just my thoughts

It is true developers from over the globe have been effectively working on the bitcoin project for more than a decade and will continue to do so because they believe bitcoin being probably the most important thing humanity has ever discovered. It is definitely important to be considered somehow associated with the greatest invention that makes people's life only better. However, I do think bitcoin has already achieved what it was supposed to become, namely sound money with which people can have full control over their own financial affairs. Some governments have boosted their economy or at least solve employment challenges for many teenagers by accepting cryptocurrencies in their countries which is a good thing. Sadly, there are some countries with a low to medium economic status which would have use crypto in several investments to boost their economy but instead, they keep rejecting even the giant Bitcoin.

But nowadays a lot of popular people are diving into the crypto world, perhaps this will increase attention to some countries and their governments will accept crypto.

Right now in some of the countries Bitcoin is been banned or restricted, when I think of it I do not blame the government why Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies is been restricted because they do not know the value or importance of Bitcoin. The government is not trying to regulate it just because they don't know the value or importance of using it, but rather they consider it as illegal and a threat to their country. Moreover, it is prone to illegal activities which are beyond their jurisdictions and cannot be easily tracked by them. Maybe in the future, more countries will consider BTC as a legal tender in their country or banned all related activities in crypto just like on what've been done by China. Well, no one knows, but the fact that more people have taken interest in crypto is a good indication of having a good future.

As a matter of fact the opposite is the reason why these governments that are backed by their corresponding banking institutions do so. I am not Indian nor living in India but I think India is quite neutral to this, technically, rolling out crypto advertisements is already a form of legality, so technically speaking, Bitcoin is indeed legal there, CoinSwitch operates as a digital exchange used by a lot of Indian citizens, if digital exchanges there can operate freely, then the government is indeed allowing crypto activities but never supports them.

So we the Indians are eagerly waiting for the confirmation on notice to legalize cryptocurrency ( bitcoin) in india. The scenario within India is different. Myself too see the emergence of more number of exchanges for cryptocurrencies. In reality majority of the exchanges were registered on foreign countries and is functional on India. The government have revealed a statement that cryptocurrency is an unregulated digital asset and not a legal tender. Government once issued ban on the usage of cryptocurrency, and now the lift is being lifted. This is called transition, and the same could happen with other countries that are against cryptocurrency usage in the past. This transition is the factor that makes the future of bitcoin more effective.

I expect that the current generation will improve bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and take it even further. The reason why bitcoin and crypto isn't widely accepted and regarded as something that is worth having is because those who are seated in the political seats, together with the head honchos of different industries are old timers that refuse to accept change. Once the younger generations took control of the government, the industries, and everything in between, perhaps that's the time when bitcoin, alongside the idea of cryptocurrencies, will flourish and will be accepted on a large scale.

If in case that there is no world wide acceptance of Bitcoin, then we won't be seeing those legalization that happened in some countries and the acceptance of Bitcoin of some companies and individuals.
