Yes, it is a classic scam attempt. It looks like the scammer has prepared a long list of new addresses for the victim. Each time you press the claim button, it will generate different privatekeys. This type of trap will only drain the ETH sent to that address immediately. The ETH network Gas fee is still relatively high, it is enough to make the scammer somewhat rich.
