Mine Helium HNT by myself or join to iHub Global MLM network marketing?

I see HNT prices from $3 go to $20.  I can buy a Bobcat 300 miner to mine the HNT by myself to get 100% of my coin.  Or I join iHub Global MLM network marketing to get 10% of the coin.  Then I recruit other downlines to get override 10% of their mining.  The problem is I have to wait for iHub Global to ship the free miner.  It is backlog right now I might wait for 6 months to get the free RAK miner.
