This is my first time of hearing about this exchange. the interface look pretty good. i want to understand about the withdrawal limits was it for fully verified user or without KYC as 10k USDT limit.
please explain clearly.
At the verification session there is no option of using another means of ID rather than Passport?

For your questions,
We would advise KYC for withdrawals, it will be easier and much more convenience for you. You can refer to the simple KYC processes here:

If you would prefer withdrawal without KYC, it will require you to contact our admin in our Telegram group: https://t.me/ABCCExOfficial_en or contact out support staff here: support@abcc.zendesk.com
However, the minimal withdrawal must fall within this limits (not 10k), on point 2 in this article: https://help.abcc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002302992

As for verification, unfortunately, we are using passport as the medium for KYC now, the ID procedures will be made later this month or early next month. I hope this would not create much inconveniences to you.
