Regular cardio is very important to keep our body healthy and in shape, being fit is not necessary but it gives extra confidence for you than an average person.

Yeah, I agree. It's important to always keep fit, physically and mentally. It's also important for you to take care of yourself. A regular walk or swim will keep you fit. Plus, they'll give you some much-needed time for yourself.

Exercise is great for your mood, too. Sometimes you just feel down and tired. Not to mention, exercise is just plain fun! Find something you enjoy and make an effort to stick with it.

Ofcourse. You can also excerse the body and keep fit by doing useful works or solving problems that involve adequate physical activities around you. In that way you'll be solving multiple problems at the same time rather than just keeping fit or benefitting the body alone. You could wash clothes or farm (for example) while benefitting the body at the same time.
That's actually what I feel more comfortable spending lots of time doing than normal excersing.

It's okay to stay physically fit. The important thing is to catch the mental form! It is not physical but mental fatigue that makes people age.

Also don't forget about sunlight.

Even if you're busy working at home or you don't go out that much. Put some minutes, maybe 10-30 minutes to go an open area with sunlight and absorb it every morning.

What type of exercise are you recommending? Not all exercises are good for particular individuals. Walking is a type of exercise and almost everybody walks. Swimming and running are exercises but not everybody can do that. There are times someone will not feel like even walking, and just lie in the bed. Is that bad too?

Doing exercise at least once a week can keep your body fit...

I used to have a diet instructor and she advised me to play sports every week to keep my body thin because I used to be obese. remove the sweat from your body because it is a stored poison, don't be lazy to do sports.

I agree, at least a little workout a few times per week in the morning or in the evening can make a big difference. Another thing we should consider when working long hours on a desk is to do some form of stretching. The human body is not designed to sit long hours in a chair at a desk. We need to do something good for our body from time to time.

Exercise, morning sun, evening sun, not smoking, doing healthy things are the most difficult to do if unhealthy living habits have been practiced for a long time. Is there a trick to change an unhealthy way of life? I have tried several methods by reducing the number of cigarettes/day for example, this does not work.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

at least walk around your garden , climb up stairs or even lifting your bottled water is considered as exercise .

When you are in youre 30s already, you need to exercise for the blood to circulate well.

Walking around is the only I would do. Going to a nearby vegetable shop and back home is what I normally do every day, it's not really a workout but I guess it's enough for me to get out of the house. Going to work and back to the house is just a routine to break that is why there should at least be something else to do.  If there is just a nearby beach I would probably go and swim and then back.

Exercise helps to keep our body fit for good health if you don't want to run, you can choose other physical exercises like walking and swimming in your daily life there is a lot of time at hand after retirement. If you spend some time on physical exercise time will also pass again the body will be healthy you can stay fit only if you do some exercises or yoga according to the rules. A good workout to me is when I have worked up a sweat which usually takes about 20 minutes and I am left with a calm mind.

For me, it doesn’t matter the type of exercise; sometimes it’s aerobic and other times it’s free weights at the gym.

However, at the end of the workout I want to feel like I pushed myself just enough to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Going to work and back to the house is just a routine to break that is why there should at least be something else to do.  If there is just a nearby beach I would probably go and swim and then back. 
actually we don't need to reach 30's before doing exercise mate because we must learn this from the beginning so we can do it all our life.

i am bringing my children every time i go for exercises because i wanted them to enjoy and love doing it from younger days so they will live with it.

Cant you understand the post? he already mentioned by EXERCISING he keeps being fit , of course that is followed by Not eating junks and oily foods in which the biggest contributor of fats in our Body together with Salty and sweet foods.

This is must, in our everyday life try to take out some time for our body as well. It could be in terms of jogging, working out in Gym, skipping, trekking etc which just helps our body movement to stay fit and keep our mind alert. Else without exercise you will feel lethargic.

More on quarantine learned about Chlorine Ting workouts, for me it is a real godsend, she has her own website with workout marathons and a schedule and it's all free, so I advise for home workout lovers
