I can say that now a lot of good workouts can be found on the Internet (especially on YouTube) on which you can train even at home, but not everyone has the motivation or strength to overcome laziness and really do them regularly. Cant you understand the post? he already mentioned by EXERCISING he keeps being fit , of course that is followed by Not eating junks and oily foods in which the biggest contributor of fats in our Body together with Salty and sweet foods.

I can't imagine my life without sports. I have an office job and it's very important to work on my posture and keep in shape, I usually work out by myself at home in the garden with Chloe Ting

This is must, in our everyday life try to take out some time for our body as well. It could be in terms of jogging, working out in Gym, skipping, trekking etc which just helps our body movement to stay fit and keep our mind alert. Else without exercise you will feel lethargic.

Work out is very important now that we are in the pandemic we must keep our bodies healthy and fit, and our lungs should be clean from toxic working out increase our stamina and make our immune system strong if we have a strong immune system virus cannot beat us and we will not have a serious illness.

and working without exercise makes you feel dizzy and lazy in the morning , that is why a little work out in the morning will make your day healthy and functional .

More on quarantine learned about Chlorine Ting workouts, for me it is a real godsend, she has her own website with workout marathons and a schedule and it's all free, so I advise for home workout lovers
