Altcoins are still not moving like BItcoin. At present Bitcoin and Ethereum is performing outstanding. I hope when Btc will start consolidating we will hopefully see good movements in the altcoins also. I beleive the alt season has not started as yet we have to wait for some more time but I feel it's not too far now.

It's because the money right now is on those 2 prime mover coins.

BTC got a positive news about a Bitcoin ETF approval from SEC, so a new inflow of money will be coming, maybe some altcoin holders are shifting back to BTC to take advantage of the demand.

ETH and the rest of the top altcoins are also moving, same principle. And all those altcoins that are going up are either being pump by some groups or there is some kind of development behind.

The rest are just like that, shitcoins and meme coins.

Trading those altcoins had been very frustrating in the last few days,  price consolidating all through, after all sort of Analysis I couldn't get a convincing signal for buying despite the fact that both bitcoin and ethereum had trended bullish since last week, the few signal I traded didn't end well, I hope that the anticipated altcoins bullish trend start from now having waited for quite some time though it's good to exercise patience once the trend starts alot of those coins will trend massively with high volatility.

Do not look at the signals because you are not going to be making a lot of profit by doing something like that, you would be making profit by buying and holding. If you end up trading constantly then you are not going to get the situation you should be getting with the amount of returns. You are going to end up with something like a loss in the end (or just not a big up) if you do not hold for a long time.

If you keep on trading short term then there will be times when you end up with losing money, trading has loss in it and you are going to be losing a lot of money and making a lot of money and hope that you are making a profit overall. However if you are hodling then you are going to be making a lot of profit as long as you end up waiting you need to.

As always, altcoins would rise bigger than what bitcoin will achieve during the bull run, it will not disappoint the investors as long as they know what altcoins to buy because the market is a high risk with a huge number of scam altcoins are still existing. The market will get hype once bitcoin continues to pump and especially if it will hit a new ATH again which we will likely see it surpass soon considering the current price will continue to be bullish.

From my short experience, I know that in 2017-2018 when BTC reached $ 20k, the altcoins season started 3 months earlier, the reason is simple, the BTC was in an uptrend, as long as the BTC continues to grow the altcoins will follow its direction , if BTC makes a correction, the altcoins will rise much more, because investors shelter their money there to increase a x2, x3x, 5 and whatever has to go up, then for me based on this I have as a premise that if the altcoins go up and Entering that season means that BTC is in its uptrend season and after that it will most likely enter the Distribution stage, for me that is the logic.

It is really worth to buy now some good and potential altcoins while waiting for altcoin seasons. Bitcoins value will still increase before end of this year and altcoins always follow but if bitcoin start to decrease, altcoin will increase more which is a sign of altcoin seasons.
