BTC365.com is definitely a scam. I deposited 22 mBTC to try, took 8 bets in total in a period of a few days and my balance was 57.1 mBTC at the end. I requested a withdrawal and they said they need some docs for verification. I have provided everything for verification and now they say they will get back to me in 6 months. Not 6 months in the worst case, they say they will reply on exactly 9th of November 2022. They say they need 6 months to check everything on my account (which has 8 bets in total) thoroughly. This must be some kind of joke. You better close every winning account rather than saying "please wait for 6 months".

This is unacceptable for any website to do review of customer account for six months, and I suggest you should think about create new topic and flag against them in Scam Accusation board.
I see their main account btc365partners is still active in forum and I expect to see official explanation from them moving forward.
If they don't reply and fix this I will have to add them to my red list of gambling website for everyone to avoid.

Most likely ths kind of issue is same with other platform if they saw a recent deposit member makes a large amount of profit and would like to request a withdrawal they are might not proceed the process because like thing that they are think it is suspicious that's why mostly they are asking for the KYC verification but i guess having a 6 months is too much to make a process it is better to discuss that in the reputation board.

post all the proof you have, and then create the flag. that way it will be easier to ask them to solve your problem or it will serve as a warning to all people not to be using this site. I particularly only found this thread because I was looking for more sites for me to use and it is unbelievable that I was already going to create an account on this site and when I looked at your post, I gave up on creating an account on this site, so create a thread in the scam accusation section to alert more people

If you have some proof against them you should create a topic in scam accusations and post it there for review.
Nobody is going to trust random new member who is accusing anyone without evidence, and I am not defending btc465 here at all.

I didn't use BTC365 website for some time, but I just noticed that you made significant design changes on your website and it looks much better than before.
Negative side of this change is that I can't find different providers for Sports page and I am only getting one default choice.

Bitcoin what? We know this a casino and not a charity that players can juice for money. They are making an update on this thread but that's what makes it more annoying because they keep on ignoring others' problems. This bookie is a huge scam.
I opened an account at the beginning of 2023. In total I made three deposits via BTC within last 2 months. I successfully received 2 withdrawals via BTC. When I requested a 3rd withdrawal they closed down my account due to violation of their T&C. They confiscated my winnings (approx. 2k USD) as well as my deposits which I had not withdrawn so far. They don´t give any further reasoning for account closure, just violation of T&C. Hopefully nobody will ever deposit at this bookie again as they won´t pay you.
