2) The only KYC needed would be a valid email address upon any withdrawal done for your account. We try to keep all players anonymous.

3) You will not lose money on the affiliate program. Yes your NGR can go into negative, but the balance will be brought forward to the following month if you remain as negative on the current month. You are not required to pay us should your players win.

One of the core difference would be Betfury does not burn tokens and pays out dividend on a daily basis, while on BTC365 you are required to burn BTC365 tokens to claim dividends. Why even the most brand new places start with their own token these days? ok no matter which software is used , althought Euro Sports is like provider Sbtech (10bet.com for example) but does not be important. Most important is that software is working.

Visited the website for the first time and here's my first impression of it.

Hi, the value of the token varies from time to time. Basically you can exchange dividends (crypto) with the tokens your holding from our dividend pool and you can see on our dividend pool page the amount of funds is in the dividend pool. Your claim will be pro rata based off your token holdings to the total circulation.

You can read about what the tokens can be done on the Dividend Pool page. Basically the current function is to claim dividends from the dividend pool.

Which browser you are using? I just tried with chrome it working well and even I tried to visit the site after blocking the third party cookies. It still works well to me.

I am sorry for your problem. I have been using this book for a while and it looked good but it is obvious that I will stay away from them for now. It looks like your actions were too sharp for their sports betting provider. It's okay to cut the player limit, but balance confiscation is unacceptable.

Regarding "abnormal activity", I faced the same problem with several asian books singbet/ibcbet/sbobet, sometimes they void bets due to "abnormal activity", they usually refer to it to wrong odds, but I guess they just void unprofitable markets. You can find threads about this on the internet

Hi LoyceV, we never have a problem with users winning, that's just how the ball bounces and we know this. This was brought up because of two earlier comments about how users can't "take money" from operators (they can, and in this case, they have).

For the case of oz.kashi, their account was flagged by the sportsbook vendor they played on. I know this sounds vague, and I'm waiting for further information before providing it here.

Look and it seems that i am correct on this part, the reason dropped by the dev is the same as what i expected that the claimant is violating the TOS by creating

I haven't heard anything stupider for a long time, was the result 0-0 when the bookmaker accepted my bet?
what kind of yellow card argument is this ?, bookmaker accepted my bet when it was 0-0 and canceled when Brest scored.
I placed a bet before Brest scored, and the bookmaker has accepted it, he has no right to cancel it, unless the bookmaker is a cheat as clearly shown in the BTC365 case.
man, no honest bookmaker will cancel such a bet, it's a LIVE bet.


as you can see in your screenshot and you described it yourself, the goal was scored in the 18th minute of the match, my bet is accepted in the 16.32 minute of the match (match start 00:05:00 my bet accepted match 00:21:32)
1.5 minutes later there was a goal and then the bookmaker will cancel the bet, what a frivolous and cheating the bukamcher.

This is definitely shady.

They should not take this long just to process a withdrawal and any casino that claims this to be the case are simply using KYC as leverage to hold your funds for longer imho.

It can be a delaying tactic if the casino runs out of funds but if they are legit you should not worry because they will find a way to refill their wallets so that they can process the pending payments. KYC taking time to be verified is also a result of a heavy traffic in the platform that you are using.

We don't know what if they have a limited staff that time? they cannot process it all quickly by themselves but they should hire more personnel next time when they know that their company is now in demand. You just need to have a patience because, in the end, you are just a customer here. If there is anything that you can do, that is to leave and cancel your ongoing KYC.

I didn't use BTC365 website for some time, but I just noticed that you made significant design changes on your website and it looks much better than before.
Negative side of this change is that I can't find different providers for Sports page and I am only getting one default choice.
Is there a way to change this like it was before?

I think that other one looked better visually, one I was using before for sports betting had much better odds for some markets, and I could find more events to bet on.

Bitcoin what? We know this a casino and not a charity that players can juice for money. They are making an update on this thread but that's what makes it more annoying because they keep on ignoring others' problems. It will be better if they will just keep quiet as that won't give the people here an annoyance. How much time do they are need?

Since the first time I saw this casino until now there has been no significant development or even anything that we can expect from them.
It's only natural to say it's suspicious because casinos like this have a high percentage of scams.
Even though no one knows the truth about this casino, what they are doing in this thread can at least remind gamblers to be careful and not trust easily.
I cannot conclude that they are committing fraud but there are several factors that make them claim to be a fraud casino.
Having feedback on accusations is also useful so that there are no more gamblers who lose money there.

I think you wont find any support from BTC365 team here in forum because they are inactive for some time, but you can try posting evidence with screenshots in scam accussations.
They can't ban someone and close their account without clear explanation what happened, but I didn't use BTC365 for a long time, after they changed providers and website design.
Did they tell you what part of T&C exactly you violated, was it uasge of multiple accounts or something else?
