Maybe you should be overthinking your posting style or your writing , off topic and nonsense posts that get reported will be deleted.

Why the overeaction from having a couple of your posts deleted? We all have had posts deleted it is not a big deal if it is only a couple. If it is more you are probably going to be banned but you are not banned just improve your posts and it will be ok. You could leave the forum but I think that is a over reaction to just learn from the posts that are deleted and improve.

I don't know; I checked his post history, and it looks like he's made some pretty good posts in the past--and he's been a member here since 2013.  Not sure what the real problem is here, whether it's just raging against the mods for deleting one or more posts or if there's something else.

OP, the forum isn't going to delete all your posts, and you've been around long enough to know that.  I don't think you really want that anyway, so why don't you take a deep breath, get out and get some fresh air, and return to the forum when you've calmed down somewhat.  I think most of us have had posts deleted for one reason or another.  It just happens, so don't make a mountain out of a molehill here.

You're lucky to still be able to post and post pm on the forum as some other users have been temporarily banned for "7-14-30 days or permanently" if they have had enough post deleted in one day. In the past I was banned for 7 days because someone reported my post to a moderator for deletion, I didn't mind the report because I realized that the quality of my post at that time was not good. I should probably thank them and because the temporary ban has made me start thinking about changing and improving the post quality up to now. I think no need to rage, think positive and just improve the quality of the post.

I initially thought that might be the case, but his recent posts from 2021 seem pretty consistent in their content and writing style, though I can only see as far back as 2019 in his post history because I have a lot of sections on ignore.

If you look at things he's been writing, they've frequently had a confrontational tone to them, so I don't think his post here points to the account changing hands--but who knows?  Stranger things have happened.  I'm not up to doing major research into it at the moment, but I'd be interested to see if there's any evidence that this is a purchased account (or a hacked one).  I doubt it, but given that it was registered in 2013 it's possible.

This post is a red flag.

If suchmoon wants them to be deleted then there should be a thorough transparent investigation to investigate the situation.

Moderation bias has been raised by plenty of credible and very early bitcoin adopters.
Plenty of people that have achieved far more than any posters remaining here spamming sigs.

I would start a thread in rep with all deleted posts and call out the mod deleting to detail their reasoning.

Beware though that if you don't produce posts that are clearly on topic and relevant then likely you may receive worse treatment in future and nobody will take the time to investigate.

I believe any member that has been here years should have the automatic right to have gross moderation bias investigated transparently.
If your argument is clearly debunked and the post is found to be irrelevant and off topic with no value to the core points made in the OP then sig ban for life.

Inconvenient and valuable truths are often deleted here or labelled as trolling.

In short someone was selling a telegram advertising service.

I commented that I want to buy it and a mod deleted my post.

I would ask yourself if you really want to continue posting on this board because to me it seems like you want to be permanently banned. If you don't care about this place then either just leave or keep up the shtick. You continually post threads in the Lending section (including this one) when they have nothing to do with that board. You seem to be the sort of person that blames the world for their problems but have you thought that you might be the person creating most of the problems in the first place? Read the rules and stop posting spam in the Lending section and you probably won't have any issues with staff deleting your posts.

So many shitposters get by on this forum just fine without cursing the mods. Your posts must have been some real bottom of the barrel thoughtless garbage to be deleted so frequently. Judging from this thread title and it’s content I would say that’s probably an accurate call. My advice, maybe spend some time reading around the forum so you can see how human beings communicate and then start a new account and try again to be a contributing member of the community.

There's no way to do that; many have asked, none have succeeded.  Maybe that'll be a feature of the soon-to-be-arriving-soon new forum software.  Plus OP doesn't really want his account deleted, because he seems like the type who'll just keep coming back whenever it suits his purposes, and when he inevitably runs up against the brick wall of moderation he'll continue to bitch about it.  Some people outgrow bitcointalk within a year or two, and some people linger far past the point when they should have left.
