I haven't really seen any sites similar to zillow that specialize in crypto, im not into real-estate, but I think your best bet would be to find a private buyer that you truster, or is trusted by many others. NEVER SEND CRYPTO TO SOMEONE YOU DONT TRUST

From what country you are selling your property? There's no such established services that specialize on global real state industry because crypto itself is not yet regulated. Your best chance to find possible buyer is to create an ads to social media and indicate the payment method. There's a lot of real-state listing website dedicated on your local country. Dealing online about real-state is very dangerous in both buyer and seller side. It's not possible to deal it online unless there's a trusted 3rd party who will handle the sales for you.


Why not sell it in fiat and bought crypto P2P? There's already a lot of P2P exchange out there that can handle huge transaction like BinanceP2P.

I think you can't sell your house in crypto unless you are lucky enough to find a person in your city who is looking to buy house via crypto.
Houses are not cheap and no one will buy your house if he is not located in your city.

As mentioned above, best solution is that you sell in fiat and buy bitcoins or any other crypto from it.

Also you need to take into account that usually (though there may be some jurisdictions where this is not the case) the sale needs to be notarized. There are not too many notaries who are willing to deal in crypto.

Additional complications might arise when the buyer of your house needs to take a bank loan in order to finance the trade. As far as I know most if not all banks are unwilling to give out loans in crypto. Technically this is not your problem but it will definitely cut out some potential buyers.

So in my view you´d have an easier time using regular currency
