If we get to have the same price cycles as the previous bull markets at the end of the year, $100k is very conservative. Even Raoul Pal is predicting $200k EoY if my memory serves me right lol. But then again, it's a huge 'if'.

Or as soon as within the year. After all, the year still has around a hundred thirty days left before it closes. That's a lot of time for something as volatile as Bitcoin. And we have a lot of proofs to say it is very possible for Bitcoin's price to double in just a matter of 120 days.

$100,000 within 2021 is a goal within easy reach for Bitcoin. $5,000 for Ethereum, I am not sure. But we could say it could create a new ATH within the year as well.

This is a very good question.
There are a huge lot of people with investments/bags in altcoins and of course all hope the altcoins will grow too.
Even more, there are "analysts" coming here and there feeding the hope and telling that altcoin season is just around the corner.
I won't be lying, I also have some relatively small amount of altcoins which I hope they'll recover, but I'm very far from "expecting" that.
And I'm also curious on what OP thinks on this.

However, first things first, let's see where will Bitcoin "end up" this year. 100k+ looks easily achievable.

Shitcoins such as Ethereum are already over pumped and even though they have been dumping for the past 3.5 years they are still overpriced (in a bubble) and have to be dumped more. For ETH a price around 0.0005BTC would be a fair price.

As for bitcoin we are on a slow but a solid rise back to the real values to get out of this reverse bubble. When price reaches $60k again we will see $100k shortly after and from there we could expect the start of the next bubble which could form in first quarter of 2022 at somewhere around $400k to $500k.

It's because that is bitcoin natural movement, take aside FUD, the price will have to dip so that everyone can get on the boat again and push the price.

It might take like 4 months to climb back to $50k, but it is satisfying to see the price getting to that levels again. And now we have the next 4 months to double it to at least $100k, solid.

If there is no need to cash out, I don't mind going through another bearish cycle. For long term investors who see Bitcoin's bigger potential 5 or so years from now, there is no need to guess the top and cash out. To those who are foreseeing another long bearish cycle, then I guess another ATH or $100,000 is a good target for cashing out.

But we had just some minor corrections once we touch $50k, just normal movement for me as speculations taking their profits, or investors having their bots to take profit when we reach this certain price. However, I don't see it going further down to $45k, we have upward momentum already and we can go back to $50k once again after this selling if is completed in about 24-48 hours. So yeah, it is closely watched right now, but the exciting part is that when we reach new all time high or that 6 digits that everyone is hoping to see before the end of 2021.

We've had so far a pretty steady growth in the past month ever since we got out of the pit and has been consistently obtaining gains every week or so, and hasn't really shown signs of actually stopping. We're 4 months away from the year ending and honestly, $100k isn't that far out of the question. I do believe too that the bear is around the corner maybe ending of the year like what happened in 2017. Bitcoin is easily rising this year more than it goes bear. It comes back strong after a bear and we are seeing that at this time that it immytouched $50,000 which may climb more but we need to be careful to allow the profit keep growing, let it not crash in our eyes

ADA seem to be at its peak, i think its about to go down already. i would probably wait for its bottom again before scooping  ADA. its BTC that is going to be a lot higher or it coukd just go sideways for weeks again before breaking out 50k.

Many predictions have been made. Many so-called analysts predicted that X Coin will reach X Price in X amount of months or years.
There is nothing wrong with them though because I myself can predict any price that I want like them. Just don't take their predictions seriously .

As for Bitcoin reaching $100,000 and ETH at $5,000 as early as next year, it might be but base on what is happening right now I don't think that it will happen early next year. Maybe at mid-2022 or at the end of 2022 then we might see those 2 hit that price. Well, those 2 prices will reach eventually so its just only a matter of waiting and accumulating.
