What happened::
I was going to sell a $300 google cloud account for $30, I gave the account him for to check., and he blocked me without paying. (I know it's because of my inexperience.)

Why would you send anything to a newbie? This is why the forum has escrows, but you chose to trust a guy for a small amount. Lesson learned? I have tagged the account but i doubt they will care since its a newbie.

Can you not recover the account? at least change the password after he stop replying and pay you for the amount.

I rarely seen a seller got scammed by the buyer here. Anyways, you should be more careful next time and serve this as a lesson.

You don't just anyone on the internet like that. it's why we have escrow services around.

The person who scammed seems to be an active advertiser in Invited and account board o a newbie flag should be more than appropriate so that newbies and guests can see the warning before dealing with the user

looking at his post history it looks like he is making another transaction. Probably attempting to scam another person.

@OP can't you get it back through account recovery from Google? I mean you have the necessary requirement/information to get it since it is your account right?

First of all, don't deal outside the forum. Don't chat in third-party apps like Telegram regarding transaction requirements. Always ask for transaction details in the forum message. The second thing is when you complete the discussion and get payment details then look for a trusted escrow service on the forum and share the details. If the escrow person agrees to do the deal then proceed. Although there is a required small fee at least you will not lose the fund. I know $30 isn't a big deal for you, but the amount would be big as well once a time. So good practice would help you to prevent scams.

Hope others would take a lesson from your thread.
