I've smelled bad smell in Bitgesell lottery draw, which involved Alt account in Bitgesell campaign, uh it's true.

The rules of the game are quite clear which are mentioned below.

Thank you for this information! Yes, it looks like these guys decided to break the rules of the lottery... I can't accept them to participate, fixed. I am sorry that such "participants" take away the chances of those who follow all the rules and deserve a reward.
