I've seen several times that every altcoins doubles the price in a single day which means every coin or token has its opportunity to boom. IF BTC price does down they drop but suddenly they skyrocket by the next day itself, it's pretty hard to judge which coin might pump for the next day. Is there any specific website which might help me to identify? Kindly share your thoughts.

seems like every altcoin is not the right word. however, maybe every altcoin that is still being developed has the opportunity to have a high price. based on my experience, some altcoins even have prices that are far from their initial prices or even do not take care of after entering the market. such coins seem to have very little chance of pumping unless they are re-developed.
as far as I know, there is no specific web that can identify the price increase that will occur. however, I think there are some groups that speculate and predict which coins will go up. So far, I've only seen it in telegram groups, and Cointelegraph.

Not every because not all coins will succeed. Some of them had been around 5 years ago but their price still the same. Its not their chance that you need to look for, it's your chance as a trader that you need to find.

I have been a long-time user of BitShares since its launch, there was a time that its price skyrocketed and I lost my chance to dump what I have that it turned out to be a burden already.

Only few new tokens are able to pump for some are still on the process to make their project to become popular and attractive. Actually, some of the altcoins are nonsense does not have any useful use case for a long period of time. you are looking for 1 coin that will pump from thousands of coins that are very complicated and can also be dangerous for your assets. because there are also many altcoin projects that end up having a value that falls below your expectations. it's better to entrust your assets to a project that you really believe the project will be successful. and I do not believe if there is a certain website / group that gives a signal or information about coin that will pump or dump.

Altcoins that don't have projects that can compete with other projects on the market will be left behind by the community. when there is such an asset, then after the dump they will have difficulty in adjusting the price again.

I am only guided by Bitcoin price movements. Based on my experience, almost all altcoins will fall when the price of Bitcoin falls. Although some say that there is no relationship between Bitcoin price movements and Altcoins. But regarding certain sites that can monitor the movement of altcoins, I don't think there is, this is just an investor or whale secret. Maybe the tradingview site has a discussion about altcoin targets for the future. Apart from that you can also monitor on twitter, because I saw before the bull run happened there was an implied explanation from the investor.

Of the huge amount of altcoins that exist in the crypto space, only 3-5 percent have a chance of survival. And it's not that hard to find them. As a rule, they are all in the Top 100-200 of the Coinmarketcap list.

You are very correct mate, every altcoins has even more than 100% assurance of doing better. And you stand a high chance to make it quick with altcoins than those known coins. Because their price is way to high, and to be able to buy them will be hard for those people will low income. But when you buy altcoins with little money and in  weeks or months and they do well, you will be able to cash out big time. Cause most times they always do above 100% increase. Imagine coin like Doge, which was a shitcoins for real and it's indeed a shitcoins. It was trading below 1 cent. With 5$ you can buy 1000 of it a year ago. Now look at the present price. More than 1000% return on your investment.
