I have access to a windows laptop with good graphics card and there is always Azure and AWS if more power needed. Can you suggest where should I start my mining activity? Which one gives good payouts?

if you have an asic you could mine myriad, if you have a new high end gpu you could mine myriad, if you have an old low end gpu you could mine myriad, if you have a cpu you could mine myriad.
