I am in a such obsession when I have my investment in Bitcoin or others alt coins. But just looking at Bitcoin logo all day in your eyes it can be a different obsession it’s not addicted in my view. Btc is popular coin so a lot of peoples are checking price in every minutes whatever who have money in Btc or not also it’s not addiction.

The only reason i find out via you closing your eyes and keep on seeing bitcoin is that you have cryptocurrency more especially bitcoin in mind, and you have embrace bitcoin very well, because i could remember that bitcoin is something  when you kick off to adventure into it and you will like to know it to thr best or the last point, many users here was not a bitcoin lover but when they see themselves here they became over inquisitive, desperate to work with bitcoin because the important of bitcoin has been known obviously to them. I think it's nice to become bitcoin addictive.

^ I think you are not alone, probably because BTC is the most valuable currency that made us quickly rich. Even my old transaction in BTC on my wallet, there is a huge transaction of BTC there that I always looking at upon checking because at that time the value of BTC was so cheap compared now with the same amount. I have a total of 4 BTC all in all my old wallets, but where are they? Lol.

if you say you are addicted to bitcoin then that is good, it means you will be more eager to put it to good use. no need to worry if that happens, because it's good to build our minds to be more careful in investing bitcoin. if it lasts a long time then it can be a good investment i.e. bitcoin investment, but if the addiction only lasts for a short time then it's just curiosity. we know that if we enter the crypto world, we must be able to accept all the conditions and risks involved. so if the goal is just to try i think it will be detrimental.

you're definitely not addicted to bitcoin and get rid of this crazy idea that it's addictive, what you have is excess worry and anxiety just that, and don't worry that it will go away with time.

This is like equivalent to K-pop for me. You are a superfan of Bitcoin. You love Bitcoin, cherish Bitcoin, want to be always with Bitcoin, cannot live without Bitcoin. Yah, that is a super fan, or a die-hard fan. I don't know if the Bitcoin maximalists are similar to what you are experiencing but I think theirs is purely business like and professional. Well, there are others who are supporters of other coins also, and as long as you don't hurt yourself in the process, then by all means, be inspired with Bitcoin.

We are still in the pandemic and lock down from time to time, so obviously, we don't spend that time socializing with our friends.

I think what the OP is undergoing sort of obsession, but in a good way. He seems to be obsessed on BTC and this could possibly send good signals in his brain and make it a reality. I'm not saying that this is bad, but maybe, just maybe he really has a goal just like everyone else here, to grow rich through our bitcoin investments.

Bitcoin makes our lives more meaningful, civilized and interesting.  And we love bitcoin, it's a part of life, that's not an addiction, it's too serious.  Regardless, people invest in bitcoin but should not abuse it, should invest in a civilized and reasonable way to limit health or mental problems from affecting our lives.

everyday, i watch every chart movement. and people will ask what i do, when i taking this task. because they cant imagine what am i doing, just sit like jobless, no things to do except open my laptop.

This addiction can secure your future if you truly believe upon it and make your dreams come true and try to put some small investment on bitcoin like saving for your future and you will be happy that one dream on which you put efforts made possible to achieve all your other dreams.This is not a bad addiction but still go for what you afford to lose as first rule of market and hold patiently you will see returns.

Regrets from the past (If you didn't invest while Bitcoin price ranged considered to be the most affordable).
You're anxious as well about Bitcoin's price action.
The hallucinations you had when you close your eyes seeing Bitcoin's logo might be an indication that you're looking to seek for the greatest wealth that you could imagine that only Bitcoin could possibly give you.

You could say you're addicted but it's more of an obssession to be honest, my advice to solve that problem is for you to find another hobby alongside bitcoin so you're distracted sometimes. It's an easy fix and you aren't addicted so you're good to go.

More likely an obsession and Yes it is hard to distinguish which one you are currently experiencing. it was nice that you've asked the community regarding your situation and I'm pretty sure everyone or most likely they already encountered such kind of experience and they already moved on with it. As for me, I had those kinds of experiences when I was a complete newbie to this community where I think about merit too much which even lead me to dream about it several nights. As soon as you dive to bitcoin you will get addicted or we could say obsessed. At first, i felt the same way, to think that bitcoin will be my superhero but too much obssesion can also lead to depression so think moderately.

We are all Bitcoin/crypto addicts here! Simply we make money with crypto, in so many ways! It's like a job, a job that you like... working from home or wherever you place your laptop and you have an internet connection! We watch charts, we place orders, we check investments that we made along the way... collecting profit from passive income, or simply gambling and having fun with crypto! And that's not such a bad thing, after all, we are contributing in many ways...

Its obsession mate, Bitcoin gives a lot of profit and benefits to its holder it's better to grab the opportunity to make an investment and try to earn with the use of the bitcoin, also don't get carried away like most of your investments is came from the merch, designs just with the logo of the bitcoin, of course, it's just a different way it's better to have a bitcoin itself to hold it's most profitable because you can sell rather than those items just having of Bitcoin logo.

Bitcoin will not disappoint its holders. If the OP really feels that is the way to achieve what he wants, then why not?

When your mind is thinking of something for a long, the same will get depicted on dreams. This is what happening with you. This is common with all and happens on different things. For me it happens as a dream of selling my holdings at the right time and living a sophisticated life, but the reality is different. This doesn't look like an addiction, because addiction is defined to be a process in which you find it difficult to live or move forward without it.
