It is not your private key, it is not your coin. You send the coin to a fake exchange, the money is gone, there is nothing that can be done than to report the exchange so it would be taken down. But if you think you can get back your coin, it is not possible, if any recovery service or anyone tells you that they can help you, they only also want to scam you.

you can try and report the domain of the scam website in hope of taking the website down and try and ask the cyber crime police in your country on what are your options or whether you can still get your money back. other than that I don't really think you can do much.

You can't get your money back, that's a scam and not just some issue in a legitimate website. So it's best to move on and just be careful next time, that's the only way to cope with this.

I seriously doubt there's any way you're going to get your money back by dealing with that scam site directly.  I don't know what country you're in or what country coinbene is in, but if you're both in the same one you might get help from law enforcement, but IMO it's not likely.

I've rarely heard stories of people who've gotten scammed by exchanges getting any of their funds back.  These scammers can hide their tracks pretty well, and no doubt they planned in advance how to elude investigators (assuming anyone they scammed went as far as contacting someone who actually did an investigation).  My guess is that you're just going to have to chalk this up to an expensive learning experience--and be more careful in the future about what exchanges you use or who you send coins to.

Police can not help in this, what can help you most is to avoid fake exchanges, any coin sent there are gone and most likely can not be recovered, the scammers are smart while even if they are not so smart enough, the coin stolen would be a huge amount before you will be advised to take the matter up, and yet if the scammers are smart enough, that could be the end.

You can report fake sites here
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5281378
https://www.ic3.gov/Home/ComplaintChoice/default.aspx
https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?rd=1&hl=en

My guess is that you're just going to have to chalk this up to an expensive learning experience--and be more careful in the future about what exchanges you use or who you send coins to.
This is the best option. The exchange is completely fake, as some are taken down also are some new ones that are created. Newbies call fall into this type of trap and send bitcoin or other crypto asset into the fake exchange address which he thinks he has but not know the scammers are the ones that have the private key and have full control over the coin. That is why I always advice newbies to first search the exchange he is intending to use on CoinMarketCap to know if the exchange is among the listed exchanges.

Here is an existing thread created against this scam site: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5355449.0

From there we notice that the scam platform requires a deposit in order to withdraw funds. That means it's totally a scam. Sorry to say your funds are gone. Cryptocurrency is irreversible, so there is no hope for you to get back your funds. I am just curious why have you chooses a scam exchange where many reputed exchanges exist? Just save it on your mind, any site that asked for a deposit to withdraw your funds they are a scammer. Doesn't require further investigation for that.

They are stuck with a fake domain while registering an exchange to trade, that's the most likely reason or someone recommended the OP to trade on that exchange. I believe there is no way to get the OP's money back from that exchange other than just giving up. This will be a big lesson for him now and in the future. Any exchange or platform that requires us to deposit in order to withdraw is a scam.

The moral of the story is to always DYOR, pick people who you will trust when it comes to investing or using a Cryptocurrency site, it's your hard-earned money Cryptocurrency investing is very much different from traditional investment where you can reach out because they have a physical office and they are regulated, here it's unregulated you have to check valid feedback, choose your friends online and choose wisely.
