You have created a post for asking to use a vpn. If you use vpn of USA and you belong from canada then you are not usa residential. In this case as they are restricted for countries from the law of the country of the website they cant allow any users of those countries which are restricted. Well, if you mean the bonus like the image above, I think you need to play 300 rounds first before you can get that 30 FS bonus. I also saw that we need to play 500 rounds for the 15 FS.
