so, i have about 19 BTC and i keep it in blockchain.com mobile wallet. bad thing happened to me that my phone was stolen by someone in 2016, even i feel frustrated after seeing current BTC price  . At that time I also registered using the cellphone number +6287**** , made a 4 pin code and the number was saved on the cellphone, I couldn't do much to try to access it because all the data was stored on the cellphone,on the one hand I still have a copy (Prahse Secret Privatkey Recovery) but I'm missing the (Prahse Secret Privatkey Recovery) at paragraph 12 
I want to ask for help from the community here to help me, is there any possibility to get BTC back? if anyone can do it then i don't mind giving 3 BTC bonus.

Sorry for what happened and to your losses.
There is no way to recover those and if you no longer the recovery phrase that has been given to you by them, it is impossible to get back those 19 btc of yours. I doubt it that even you contact them and you cannot show proof of ownership with that wallet of yours, they won't give it back.

IMO, there is no way anymore you can access to your web wallet. I read a couple of thread on Reddit they try to contact support, can't really help because user responsible of their fund.

If you just lost your phone number, maybe this problem can be solved by you contacting the service provider to get your number back with a new card so you can get the message code sent to that number for recovery, but if Secret Private Recovery is also lost then there is no way for that, especially if the data you save is only on the phone and does not have a copy of the data on another device.

First of all edit your post and delete your name and your telephone number as it is important that you keep your privacy, and about the topic at hand there is no way to recover your coins, I know this is not what you want to hear especially as you bought a decent amount of coins so long ago and it could mean an easier life if you got access to those coins, but there is nothing to do, you are the one responsible to protect your coins and since you failed then no one else will be able to get access to them.

There is only one way to get back your btc and is only if you can locate the thief, locate the phone and get access to your seed else your chance ls of getting back your 19 btc is very slim.
Lesson for all, always backup your file on cloud and personal computers. I do that most of the time as I never know when I may loose my phone and pc. I also make sure I do that also when I feel like replacing phone to a new one.

Maybe find the social media of blockchain.com and try contacting them. But you must show some proof of ownership. This all you can do. Apart of that nothing we can do, thats life. Sometimes bad things happened.

Hay man, I am sorry to say that, if you don't know the value and status of BTC. I agree, if you buy, you must  know about the security of private key, you must written in a diary. you never recover your btc there is no way. cloud storage, device storage is not secure for private key of you account.
You just think, what you lost in 2021.

What do you mean by that(at paragraph 12)? Are you missing one of the words of the recovery phase or what?

The blockchain.info (blockchain.com) recovery phrase created in 2015ish only contains the wallet id and password^[1]. So, I presume you have already been trying to access it but the problem is you missing the OTP key from the phone number right?

I couldn't find any information about resetting the OTP from a phone number, I suggest you trying to contact their support about it. I think your only solution is to find a workaround to reset that number, if they somehow can help you, it will be good.

Hay man, I am sorry to say that, if you don't know the value and status of BTC. I agree, if you buy, you must  know about the security of private key, you must written in a diary. you never recover your btc there is no way. cloud storage, device storage is not secure for private key of you account.
You just think, what you lost in 2021.    

Don't you think if he had even done cloud storage it would have save him a little, it maybe be risky but it can save the situation by quickly signing into the cloud storage platform through another means, get your information and delete the information from the cloud account then move your funds to a more secure place,  even when it is written down, it is also possible to misplace dairy or other natural disaster can occur, this could have been easily prevented if stored in more than one place.

You can try the service section but it's not a guaranty that they can fully recover your account and there's a risk that they will not let go of those coins if they recover, this should be a lesson to every newbie and even to old investors to always keep your private keys in a safe where you or people you trust can access, and to all newbies to defer or do not invest yet unless you know how to secure your wallet, everything depends on your knowledge of Cryptocurrency.

I think there is no way to recover your bitcoins, your phone was stolen and also missing phrase private keys but missing at paragraph 12 on your private keys, try to remember it, that's the only way to access your account. If you can't remember then I think you should move on, next time save your private keys and also use extra phone for crypto wallets..
