And i was wondering how i can mine with it ?

NiceHash - Dosent Work
Un Minable - Dosent Work
Easy Miner - Dosnet Work
Vertcoin Miner - Dosent Work

BatterHash Seems to work
And Maybe Cudo Miner Will?

HiveOS didnt boot but i think i did something there i will re-flash the image and try agen

I was wondering what software or OS to use to mine , and what to mine ?

I would just use directly a miner like NBminer,Lolminer,Teamreadminer or Phoenix miner and mine Ethereum Classic with those cards.They give you almost 20 Mhsh and Ethereum Classic is the best crypto you can mine with them right now.You can also try Ravencoin if you like and every other coin which the DAG size is less than 4 GB so your cards will work with them.

ETC, Conflux and Ergo are the best, try them out one after the other to find which has the best returns, you can download Nicehash and Benchmark the card for the best performing algorithm

R9 390 8 GB perfectly mines Ethereum on Hive Os.
Even older graphics cards run on Hive Os.

Install the system and try different miners,
When mining Ethereum Classic, you will get 18-20 megahash, Ethereum on this video card. It is impossible to mine

But that's not the issue. The issue is finding software to mine on old cards.

Phoenix miner works just fine, my R9 380 4GB did around 21MH/s last time I ran it
