I paid $99 for this product:

Before buying, I asked him many times if this source needs a license
or is it complete.
He assured me that it was complete and did not require a license.
But he lied completely.

Totally agree with that one, PM breeds some sort of antagonism that might not favor you OP because we don't know if you're just using other accounts to try and sling some mud on someone, I agree that it's much better if everyone can see the screenshot.

Post all the proof here if you want people to believe you or follow this up. No one is going to PM you to look for more details of your conversation.

It should also be a lesson that whenever you are going to carry out a transaction online with some. Insist on using a trusted escrow service. Many of them are even readily available in this forum.

I have just tried to check the website but it is not working here. Either it is not working or restriction for my ip address. Anyway, have you double checked their telegram is posted on their website or not and either the information are same or not? If you not yet checked then you may check it again as there are a lot of imposter. But according to the url you have posted they should provide full information.

The website is not accessible for me either but from the archived version you posted, it seems you can pay directly from their website so not sure why op had to contact that guy on telegram? He is, most likely, an impersonator who has nothing to do with the service.
I doubt any of those 3 letter agencies will take this case seriously and do anything about it. Better report the website to the registrar and the hosting company.

On the telegram there are a lot of chance to be impersonator. so there is highly chance that someone on the telegram impersonate with the original sites. As the Op has not provided sufficient prof it can be scammed by a impersonator.
