I ran a bounty campaign for the PEPPER COIN project (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5339678.msg57081071#msg57081071). After the end of the bounty campaign, this project did not pay out tokens to participants. It's been 3 months already. When I asked the founder again about the distribution, he replied that he would decide when. I believe that this project will not pay participants tokens and should be avoided by all people.
