What is your problem? Maybe you can state the reasons why you needed his attention because I'm sure nobody will care about your write-up if you keep your intention to yourself. Kindly state your reasons and I bet you, you'll gonna get answers to your complains or findings. You are just a newbie and the possibility of your message going through will be minimal and I will advise you to give it a trial rather than just assuming or having a contrary thought.
