I am investing Bitcoin today even if the price is still very high and risky. I still believe in some speculation that btc will rise up to 100k$ before the year 2021 end, that is why I buy some Bitcoin and hold it till the price reach up to 100k$ may I know what are you thinking this time is it a Time to buy or hold or what ?

Reaching $100k for Bitcoin is really tough in this year. It may touch at the end of 2022 though we want to see this milestone before beginning of 2022. You can carry on because buying Bitcoin is always profitable if you don't sell it until reaching a new ATH.

bitcoin price is cheap if compared with bitcoin price in the future, this situation like some years ago when bitcoin price is low but we think that price is high, just how patient people to surf the time.

And this is the correct thing to do, people were getting nervous because of the drop that we have seen but this is nothing, right now the price is still above 45k and it is reasonable to expect this is going to be the case during the next months, after all I am also expecting that the price of bitcoin goes up during the next months especially as there are many news that are coming out that are bullish like it is the fact that El Salvador is finally implementing their policy of bitcoin becoming legal tender, which is something the community has been waiting for some time.

I have also predicted bitcoin going over 100k$ but cannot be 100% sure that it will or might go below 1000$ which is still a possibility but rare.

I think bitcoin being this high 50k now I would say it's a good time to  HODL and when the price goes down you can buy more or buy bitcoin amount weekly by investing a fixed amount.
I'm looking for the bitcoin price to go down a bit so I can buy, lets see what happpens.

Exactly, a lot of people are worried about the price of bitcoin going down but they need to ask themselves how low the price of bitcoin can go? And the answer to that question even if it's not known by anyone the most likely scenario is that the price is not going to go down that much but the potential growth that we are about to see in the market at the end of this year is enormous and as such it is worth the risk to buy bitcoin right now even if there is a small risk of the price of bitcoin going down on the short term.
