Hi there gamblers!

If you ever encountered any problem with your accounts, like they're being frozen or unable to withdraw your funds, I'm here to help.
I have been working in the field for about 5-6 years now, I will be able to provide different ways to help you regaining access to your account or retrieve the balance that's being withhold.
Feel free to let me know your problem, and I will provide you the best solution that fits your need.

I normally work on but not limited to Bet365.
As long as it's a registered and regulated company in UK or EU, I will be able to help.
If the company is based in other countries or they're simply not regulated, I won't be able to provide much of help.
If you're interested about my past works, I have many successful cases ready to show you.

I normally charge my fees with a fixed price or % of the balance on the account, depends on the problem with your account.
Feel free to contact me and discuss about your problem, and I will provide you with a solution how to proceed.

As far as I know and you can correct me if I'm wrong, only a few crypto-gambling sites are regulated and under the jurisdiction of the US and UK.

Are your most clients in fiat casinos? Do you have any experience involving crypto-gambling sites?

Thanks for your message.
Most of my clients are indeed playing in fiat casinos, but there are a few playing in crypto casinos as well.

Depends on the issue with the account, normally the first step I will do is try to resolve the issue with the casino directly.
This includes helping my client to fulfill the request from the casino, or getting a second opinion from higher management.
At this point, there's no third part involved yet, so jurisdiction won't be a problem.

If the issue cannot be resolved between the player and the casino, then I will take the matter to third party to force them for paying out, jurisdiction only matters at this stage.
Based on my knowledge, most of the crypto casinos have their license issued in Malta or Curacao.
If the casino has an office in Malta, UK or any of EU countries, I will be able to help.

I have been working in this field for a period of time, so I know what's the proper approach to resolve the issue with a casino and which third party to escalate the matter to.
When you contact me, I will evaluate your issue and tell you how will I proceed with it.

I don't guarantee 100% success rate, because each case is different.
Anyone saying he has 100% success rate is lying.
However, I do have about 80% of success rate, so if you have a great balance on the account then it's worth a shot.

Most of the issue here in forum was from a casino that has license to Curacao and no known physical office. Most of the Casino that registered in UK or other known country with strict regulations has no reported problem or the issue was already fixed. You can go to scam accusation board to look for possible customer.

That's a good question -
There are different approaches depends on what's the issue about.

If the issue is simply the player cannot fulfill the casino's request, then we will try to resolve the issue with casino first.
For example, I have seen casino requesting some documents, including proof of funds from my client.
Even though my client had tried to provide the documents, but the casino kept rejecting it.
In this case I can help my client to provide the proper document and get the issue resolved.

If the issue is more complicated, I can try to get a second opinion from the management.
The outcome could be the account is reinstated, the account is closed but whole balance withdrawn, or the account is closed but deposit returned.

If the issue cannot be resolved through negotiating with the casino, then I will take the matter to a third party.
This could includes but not limited to legal actions. There are multiple agencies where I can escalate the matter to, depends on the issue and where's the company located.
If it comes to this stage, there will be some legal fees involved, so I'd only suggest to continue if you have a greater balance on the account.

And thanks for the advice, I will also make a post in service section.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will look into the board to see if anyone needs help.

I do aware most of the crypto casinos are operating in grey area and has no physical office, so it'd be harder to force them for paying out.
However, if anyone happens to have issue with casinos located in above mentioned areas, I will be able to help.

Many of my clients are playing in casinos that operate in countries with strict regulations, however they still have problem with the casinos from time to time.
For example, some of my clients are doing stuff like arbitrage or courtsiding, most of the casinos have T&S against them, and could refuse paying out the winnings or even the whole balance.
However, in fact, it's a grey area but technically speaking, they have not broken any law, at least not in the UK or most of the EU countries.
So from the standing point of law, even though casinos have T&S prohibiting them from doing so, casinos have not justful cause to confiscate players' winnings or deposits.
Casinos can discontinue the "contract" with the players, but they have no jusful cause to confiscate players' funds.
As long as we escalate the matter to the correct agency, the casino will have to pay out eventually.

Legal action will be costly for the person wanting to retrieve his funds but the above two can be done by himself so why does he need you for doing that?

I'm more curious about what you have done before to your previous customers, you should be sharing proof of that. You could get clients when you provide screenshots or likes.

Thanks for your comment.
The fees for legal action largely depends on the jurisdiction, and whether a solicitor or barrister needed to be involved.

The first 2 steps I mentioned are just some examples about what I can do to negotiate with the casino, and they're also part of the process.
Some players just cannot or don't know how to provide the proper documents, or they don't know how to get a second opinion from the management.
If the issue can be resolved at this stage, then it's happy ending for everyone.

If not, when we escalate the matter to a third party, they will also want us to mediate with the casino first.
If they see we have done the best effort to resolve the issue with the casino, but the casino still refuse to provide a solution, they will tend to serve a ruling/judgement in our favour.
So all the steps are just part of the process.

Excuse me for reluctant to share the proof here in public, there are numerous of reasons.
One of them is I used to have imposers stolen my proofs to scam other people, so I'm trying to prevent it from happening again.
But if you're a reputable member contacting me privately, I will be happy to share the proofs to you.

yeah, legal action will be costly but that is up to the person who hired him. like he said he can advise the gambler on what proper documents should be submitted. on the second one I am not sure what he's gonna do in order to convince the gambling site to return the funds or at least reinstate the account.

I'm more curious about what you have done before to your previous customers, you should be sharing proof of that. You could get clients when you provide screenshots or likes.
I am wondering about that too. but maybe, he considers it as confidential information and cannot be shared publicly.

anyway, the first time I read the thread. the whole thing reminds me of game-protect.

Personally I have no connection with him, I have only heard about his things through other forums.
I also know little about how things work in North or South America, my expertise is limited to things in Malta, UK or EU countries.
So I won't be able to help against companies based in Caracao like he said he could.

I will share some screenshots from one of my previous works.
It was resolved a while ago so it won't risk much posting here.

Bet365 was confiscating all the balance on the account.
We proceed with the legal action and Bet365 eventually agreed to return his deposit of a 4 digits amount.
My client is happy with the offering so we dropped the case without any further action required.

You're payment option sounds reasonable although your choice of being contacted is a bit sketchy to me because it's Telegram and I do hope that you know it's reputation of being a scammer paradise plus, there have been warnings of recovery services in the past although not about gambling sites that they're a scam and that there's no way it can be recovered. Your screenshot though might help build confidence for the victims to approach your service.

I can only say welcome to this forum and good luck to have your customer.

I am interested to hear your story about solving a problem in the crypto casino. You do not have to tell the details and you can change the name of the casino or the victims so that we can know the example of your case before. By providing that, I think members who read your story will compare with their story and they might use your services. It will be difficult to solve the problem with the casino that does not have a physical office, especially if that casino uses crypto.

Hi there gamblers!

If you ever encountered any problem with your accounts, like they're being frozen or unable to withdraw your funds, I'm here to help.
I think you will be exhausted if you have expertise in that area, 50-100 customers will contact you every day, if that is your profession try visiting the site 1xbit: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5267172.2580, you will find a serious customer for that problem, I want to see what percentage you can solve it.

One more thing to ask, you have 6 years of experience, meaning senior, your account was registered in may 2020, august 2021 you created this topic, so for one year where have you been, don't you see hundreds of members who complain that their keys, accounts, funds can't be withdrawn / frozen.......! That, one of the gambling sites that I gave, there are dozens of others.

Thank you for your reply.
Telegram is how I normally interact with my clients, but I'm happy to be contacted with other methods including forum PM.
Good to know that you can have other means of being contacted, and I am happy you take my skepticism in a mature fashion, pretty sure that you'll understand that I am just being cautious and leeting others know that be cautious especially with online services that involves payment, I'm sure you're cautious too.

Thank you for your comment and suggestion, I will see what I can do.
But as mentioned in the post, I can help with the problems with casinos, but they must have a physical address or license issued in Malta, UK or EU.
If your casino doesn't operate in the countries, then I can only help you negotiate with the casino.
If they refuse to provide a solution then unfortunately there will be not much I can do.

1xbit position: UE

Unfortunately, based on my knowledge, 1xbit has their license issued in Curacao.
I have heard of some successful stories winning their cases against 1xbit/1xbet,
but as mentioned in the post, Curacao is not in my expertise so unfortunately I won't be able to provide much of help on that.

I will be able to provide successful cases back from 2017 to show I have the said experience.
However anything older than that I don't think I have kept them.

Curacao is not in my expertise so unfortunately I won't be able to provide much of help on that.
At least you tell, the area, which you can access, the UK and the EU is wide, so people are not awkward with you, when communicating, it's useless, when people have problems contacting you, the end of the story can't.

You mention the region you are exploring, in UK and EU.

At least you provide evidence, your clients that you have successfully helped.

Be careful with this kind of services people, remember that we are online and any transactions in this forum is going to be based on trust so it's going to be difficult to do a smooth transaction. I don't mean to offend OP but I just want everyone to be careful and aware that some people might take advantage of the situation.

Thanks for your comment.
As mentioned, as long as the company is based in Malta, UK, or any EU country, I will be able to help.
Curacao is in South America that's why it's not part of my expertise.

Unfortunately the license of 1xbit is issued by Caracao so it's not in my expertise.
The only input I can place in here is that, 1xbit do have a registered address in Caracao.
I have heard of stories players won their case in the court in Caracao.
So if they have a great balance on the account then they can give it a shot.
However, it's not my expertise so I'd advise them to contact someone who is familiar with the process in Caracao.

Also, personally I'm not familiar with 1xbit, but working in this business I do aware some people are exploiting casinos for their own agenda.
This could includes but not limited to money laundering and other offense, and they're usually done through multi accounting or even run by a syndicate.
And casinos are bonded by law not to share the information to the public, because the same person could learn from there and use another method next time.

So I'm not surprise to see people have negative feedbacks toward casinos from time to time.
But some people are not as innocent as they claim to be, so it will be hard to ask them to fight for their case through the court because they don't want to expose themselves.
