As long as you keep losing on their website you will not face any problems. But when you start to win every bet, you have to face a lot of problems. Because they don't want to win and take money from their website, so they are always ready to make various excuses to fool the gamblers. There are many more like you who have been deceived in various ways on this website.

My transaction has the correct address and destination tag- i have checked it 10 times

So far i have yet to receive any proper support sadly, the live chat on site told me to email and the email person told me they have forwarded it to their 'specialists'

It is very bizarre that a crypto deposit is not credited, i could understand if it was btc and no confirmations - but xrp is very fast and it has reached 1xbit 100%

Some screenshots might be able to help you in this one, 1xbit might be shady but that doesn't mean that we can just accuse any of them falsely just to make something out of it. Hopefully you can get back the money but I highly doubt that it's going to be happening for this one.

Are you aware that this casino has a lot of pending issue for not allowing there to withdraw and other sort of account problem. You may refer to there long list of negative trust here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2835882 for reference. You will be lucky if they solve your issue as soon as possible but typically they will here out complaing once the issue was escalated on scam accusation thread. Don't ever listen to those user that wearing there own signature banner. Most of them are just shilling for 1xbit sake.
