They did get copper membership to have a better ann thread but I don't think that it's enough to convince many people here to gamble as many of them prefer to gamble anonymously and KYC will prevent that. Using VPN is for nothing as you don't need it if your country is not included since KYC is mandatory.

check the quoted post below. here's what Mahatoon found on heir ToS. it looks like their KYC is required upon registering an account on their website. but just like Mahatoon said, there is no clarification if the rules would exempt crypto gamblers or not(I have a feeling that it is not).

Its not cleared out if this is only into the current fiat players and there would be some exemption on crypto gamblers.So this should really be clarified out.

There's no answer so we would all assume that KYC is mandatory whether you're just a fiat gambler or a crypto gambler. It all ends down to being a gambler after all so they're requiring it.

I notice that you allow a limited country to play on your casino and you listed too countries that is not allowed. I'm sure you know that there's still a lot of country not included on both list so what's your stand about these country that's not Listed?

This is an example of what I was asking that the information should be added in the main post.

You cant just list out all in one go and that would surely be a long list if you do intend to make it in complete or being specific on countries which are restricted and which are not.
Most of the time they are focusing on countries which does have strict or neutral in terms of gambling activity or business or deal ups.
So it isnt really that much necessary just for the sake of information but rather why not try the site itself if you could access or not?

This is not what they said. If your country is not included in any of the two lists then you can access their website and use their services.
However some features might be disabled.
payment options: let's say cryptocurrencies are banned on your country, then you will not be able to deposit or play using cryptos.
games: some game providers have their own lists of restricted countries. If your country is restricted by one of them, you can't play games from that particular provider.

why do you have this rule? which country's law are you complying to just put that number of allowed countries?

Kindly note that it is deposit restriction, not for the payout. Our countries list is based on Curacao license.

Allowed countries: Austria, Brazil, Greece, India, Ireland, Canada, Lithuania, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Czech Republic.

Restricted countries: British Indian Ocean Territory, Bulgaria, China, Cyprus, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Iran, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Korea, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, USA, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Venezuela.

Please explain as I don't get why you need to put both allowed and restricted countries. Where does countries not mentioned here fall? Can they still play at your platform?

Also i would like to know how do they check that the person is from which country ?  If you use KYC for this purpose, then i am afraid i won't be interested in using the platform. Also let me know what is the reason for which you restricted few countries. Is there any legal complication or requirement ?
Do you block the IP from the restricted countries too so that no one from these countries can access the site ?

Players country is checked by ip/profile data/KYC data. Yes, we block the IP from the restricted countries.

I wonder why put the restricted and allowed countries when in fact my country wasn't restricted there but I can still access the site, it just doesn't make some sense to me. Well, welcome to the forum, I see that you have quite good games and providers on your platform.

Are these things that too worst for players to avoid? Some might be seeing this to be no good but there are people who do pushes their chance to play by using up some VPN.

Yes, its against on TOS most of the time but this had been a common tool for you to access things when you are restricted.

The chances of being caught is too risky and that might be the termination of the account, better not go on that way or else suffer. It might be a tool accessing it but if they got a system that can easily detects it, the user should expect nothing less.

games: sime game providers have their own lists of restricted countries. If your country is restricted by one of them, you can't play games from that particular provider.

Why would you even attempt to list all countries outside the allowed and restricted category or bother the visitors to check which game provider is only available per country when you can simply add this short information

It doesn’t make sense, at all I don’t think using VPN is allowed since KYC is mandatory on the site, Booi has been around since 2019 yet unknown to too many of us because most restricted countries have a larger number of users in this forum this make the site to operate unnoticed to many of us.
