ETH is growing very rapidly this year. now the price is up to $ 3.5k . since the release of ETHERIUM 2.0 the price continued to increase for several months and there was a deep crash and almost all top 100 coins experienced it but now the price is starting to stabilize. ETH has a bright future, many transactions can be done using ETH, even though it has a very high fee. Ethereum price should hit another ATH on or before January 2022. The ongoing technical upgrade from PoW to PoS consensus would give more price impetus as new technical milestones are achieved.

ETH development team always gives dates that they postpone constantly. Even the London fork we had on august suppose to be a few years ago, let alone that we had July date locked in and they still had a bug and postponed another month. I believe that 2.0 will come in early 2023 because a year postponing would be quite expected of ETH.

You know how much people trust them? GPU's are still selling off the charts for huge amounts of money above what they cost on retail because people know that it is impossible to have any type of proof of stake change anytime soon. If miners do not trust the development team enough to spend billions combined to keep on mining, then how could you assume that it could happen in a few months from now. Which is why I believe early 2023 is a better date, hell it could be even later than that I am not entirely sure, 2023 summer is still quite possible.

According to recent updates I came across, Ethereum 2.0 might not be launching as early as we're all expecting it to. There might be some delay I'm not sure how long but we should keep our fingers crossed. ETH is the king of crypto after bitcoin that gave birth to plenty of trends. First with ICOs and later Defi, NFTs and others so the platform would continually be utilized by devs and users. When ETH 2.0 goes live, we might most likely see eth costing between $5K to $7K even as high as $10k.

There is a dependency we all know that is bitcoin.  The first scenario would be the market base and the separate bears in Fud involving once again China the Evergrande Group, which in my opinion is not too severe to present the risk of a sharp sell-off from investors retail private.  While institutions continue to buy dips will see a bullish correction from October or December before exploding in early 2022. So unless Bitcoin resets ATH around 65k - 72k, bullrun on  ETH and altcoins will start.  Assuming Sharding is launched at that time, ETH can make an ATH at 6k$.  The second scenario is worse but it doesn't have a big chance.

It's very hard to predict right now. My personal target is $6,000 within a very short time. Currently, the market is bearish, Bitcoin touches the $40,000 support zone. Ethreum is also dumping a lot. Maybe Bitcoin will touch $38,000 support also, So Ethereum will follow Bitcoin. I strongly believe If Ethereum can break the previous ATH, it would not take time to reach $6000 or more. What you thought is opposite to what it should be.

NFT and DeFi needs to have a rise from Ethereum to follow. Ethereum is the leader of ERC20 ecosystem exclusively DeFi and NFT. Altcoins can not take off if Bitcoin does not have its bull run first.

Ethereum will only follow bitcoin so if bitcoin not reached 100k then ETH might have no chance in reaching 10k.

This is what you are right. Ethereum needs to follow Bitcoin and if Bitcoin can finish its bull run to $100k, Ethereum can follow and complete its own bull run to $10k.

You can not say the opposite that Bitcoin will rise to $100k with the condition that Ethereum increases to $10k.
