I really hate this bounty manager [initials not mentioned] he is one of the registered managers in 2018 and he is also the second, third, fourth person in every project he manages. Dunno, I don't understand the rules about the Bounty Manager running multiple accounts to join every project he manages. on the other hand he is also actively involved in other projects which he does not manage [greedy].
is that a problem? If it doesn't matter, then I keep my mouth shut. But what if I find out that he is cunning like reducing the allocation of bounty prizes, holding valuable bounty coins for his personal pocket and vice versa.
what do you think about this case?

What can we think? You haven't really provided any proof of anything. I personally don't think a manager should join projects he is managing unless he is just helping out with his accounts for free. Managers are just regular people and can join bounties they are not managing with no issues. As far as the other stuff, if he is doing that and you have proof of him cheating participants, post it and get him tagged.

If you have strong evidence of a violation of the rules by any bounty manager, you do not need to be afraid. Post anything that you consider to be a scam here, and the community will help and tell you whether you are right or not. To put it in general terms is to question every manager. This is not correct, I believe. Your account history shows that you love to investigate, so don't hesitate and prove to us who the villain is, who participates in multiple accounts, and runs companies at the same time.

Bounty Manager running multiple accounts to join every project he manages.
This was a similar case with Smallrabbit, I've seen a lot of complaints about how he farm his alt into numerous campaigns he was managing, collecting full stakes for doing nothing, and I'm sure there are more bounty managers doing the same thing.
Quote
on the other hand he is also actively involved in other projects which he does not manage [greedy].
is that a problem?
This is fine; bounty managers are humans too, and if they find a worthwhile project, they may contribute and get compensated for their efforts.
Quote
what do you think about this case?
This is an extremely sensitive case to go into, but we're powerless at this point because there's no proof to back it up. This is going nowhere, so give us a hint and let's get this Mf tagged.

Bounty AXRIA : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5347556.0
Manager Bounty : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2407868

the problem is that the connecting account he uses is not free, as I said for his personal pocket. this time in the AXRIA project .
recently he has been handing out AXRIA coins, in that campaign he didn't cheat like [reducing bounty allocation or not paying] but I suspect when seeing this transaction I assume that he is a bounty manager as well as a bounty hunter.

Starting with this wallet address: [  0xaCBAc28e80220bC0967d2BF7b7763b6c0e6dC943 ]
I assume this wallet is the original owner of the AXRIA Project because it has a large balance.

then, some AXRIA coins started to be divided into several wallets, one of them is this: [  0x492060E813ad1E467518A2Db6F3075aBB088a9bE  ]
If you search, the owner of this wallet is a member of the bounty participant in the AXRIA campaign.
BITCOINTALK Username : Manish2809
BITCOINTALK URL : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2692877

very unlikely, if the owner of this wallet runs hundreds of accounts and has received coins earlier before distribution takes place. and strangely if the owner is a bounty hunter [that's a bounty hunter]. then why are transactions not stored in one wallet? but I saw that the wallet sent coins to many other wallets including [bounty participant wallet] about 21 hours ago.

I think i got your point exactly. You are trying to say that manager have joined the bounty with his own multiple account and distributing the bounty reward unfairly. Obviously he is not doing the right thing and its not acceptable.

Quote
what do you think about this case?
We have seen similar cases in the past where manager have stolen participants fund or used multiple self generated account to keep big number of tokens in his hand. Even their fraudulent activity were detected by team during final spreadsheet checkup.

It will be better to explain properly with related evidences rather then pointing anything indirectly.

Edit: you may forgot to check this manager's trust page before creating this topic.

Edit: you may forgot to check this manager's trust page before creating this topic.
He's got one neg with a valid reference and doesn't have many positives--but I don't know what to think about him being involved in scammy projects in general.  If he's knowingly managing and participating in bounties of projects he knows to be scams, then that's a problem and he'd deserve some DT tags.

In general, though, I don't think there's any problem with a bounty manager participating in his own bounty.  There have been bitcoin-paying signature campaigns that have had that happen with their managers.  I'd think of the manager's slot as an "extra" one, meaning I don't think the manager is taking an open slot in the bounty away from another applicant, but I'm not sure about that.  But in any case, what can you or anyone else do?  As long as the project owners are cool with it, there's nothing the community can do to stop it.  Theymos and the mods certainly aren't going to step in and prevent it.

To be honest, still, I am getting hard to understand the situation. Do you think the campaign manager persgrata and Manish2809 connected somehow? And please describe how the manager abuse the campaign if so.

Anyway manager could participate own campaign, but he isn't allowed to participate with multiple accounts. It will consider campaign abuse. Managers can't or shouldn't break their own made rules. We have seen previously how managers abuse the campaign. The manager you mentioned here is just a spammer. It's quite surprising how he has been getting projects. Please provide a few more info to make it transparent.

He's not implying that they're linked. I believe the OP is simply curious as to how some Axria tokens were moved from the primary holder's wallet ( persgrata ) to different addresses before distribution, one of which is linked to Manish2809, who is also a bounty participant. There is no evidence to prove whether the accounts are linked or not, but the bounty manager moving the tokens to different addresses before distribution is a red flag

The problem is that the manager can participate in his managed campaign. But if he participates using multiple accounts, he must have broken the rules. The purpose of those who do such activities is to try to take as many bounty payments in their pockets as possible using multiple accounts.
And managers who engage in such activities should be tagged if there is sufficient evidence against them.

To be honest, still, I am getting hard to understand the situation. Do you think the campaign manager persgrata and Manish2809 connected somehow? And please describe how the manager abuse the campaign if so.

He's not implying that they're linked. I believe the OP is simply curious as to how some Axria tokens were moved from the primary holder's wallet ( persgrata ) to different addresses before distribution, one of which is linked to Manish2809, who is also a bounty participant. There is no evidence to prove whether the accounts are linked or not, but the bounty manager moving the tokens to different addresses before distribution is a red flag

as you said it fits the main point I mean. regarding [ persgrata & Manish2809 ] I don't have solid evidence to know if the two are connected but if you look at the transaction history of the AXRIA coin, then Connect with 3 wallets or 3 bounty hunter accounts and join the same project [AXRIA].
whether it's true or not, I assume that the Bounty Manager uses some alt to join the campaign that he manages himself but doesn't use the original Account [persgrata]

edit:
this may sound confusing because they are so smart, as if nothing will happen. but this sneaky way is very easy to spot when viewing transactions. It is very unlikely that a bounty hunter, voluntarily sends hundreds of coins [transaction amount] to different addresses and coincidentally most of the wallets that accept AXRIA Coins include bounty participants.

Looks like more than 20+ different addresses received the AXRIA token, at this point I'm confused.

It's a bit ordinary for a CM / BM to be a participant of a campaign.  Any of the Signature Campaigns I've looking in on the CM always seems to be a member of a different signature campaign to the one being managed (admittedly I haven't gone checking whether or not they are the CM for the SigCamp they are a participant of, but I'd be surprised if they were.

I've also wondered if some of these lesser paying bounties are seeded by the BM and in this instance it looks like that is the case.  I'll have to look in on these every once in a while if new managers surface.

Excuse me, but how are these three accounts connected? I can't see what links them from the posts you quoted as proof! Am I missing something?

For those who received the tokens before other bounty hunters, did they join the translation campaign? If yes then that may explain it. Translators usually get their rewards earlier since they deliver their work before other participants.

I have created a thread about a bunch of fake translators here. I contacted one of them and confessed that he owns a translation company and employs several native speakers outside the forum. However, I'm sure that it's just the result of machine translation after I asked some native speakers in this forum to review their work (please check the discussion in that thread).

And that means, Manish2809 and D_DOT has long avoided the ban as Raman123 was banned (bpip).

I assume this wallet is the original owner of the AXRIA Project because it has a large balance.

then, some AXRIA coins started to be divided into several wallets, one of them is this: [  0x492060E813ad1E467518A2Db6F3075aBB088a9bE  ]
If you search, the owner of this wallet is a member of the bounty participant in the AXRIA campaign.

very unlikely, if the owner of this wallet runs hundreds of accounts and has received coins earlier before distribution takes place. and strangely if the owner is a bounty hunter [that's a bounty hunter]. then why are transactions not stored in one wallet? but I saw that the wallet sent coins to many other wallets including [bounty participant wallet] about 21 hours ago.

Why did I find this topic just now?  Shocked
We don't have alt accounts or the like. This is just nonsense without proof. For that I can say the proof:
50+ conducted bounty campaigns, we haven’t done any distribution, you can ask the founders of the projects we worked with. It is always done by the founder of the project or his team. We even made a disclaimer for every bounty campaign. Therefore, I physically did not have the opportunity to receive tokens before everyone else.
Perhaps this participant in the bounty campaign took part in some contests or the like and received tokens.

Is this one tag not enough to ring the alarm bells for the bounty hunters ?

I see so many people participating in the Bounty AXRIA. I would say it is also the fault of the bounty hunters to support the projects in which there is a doubt of unfairness from the bounty manager. When there are so many bounties from good trusted managers, there should be no reason to join bounty from this manager  Huh
