In couple of months have been able to run some research on people asking why they exercise regularly, I will love to share their response to you guys;
1) He loves to exercise regularly to keep fit
2) the second person is kind of chubby, he exercise regularly to keep fit for his girlfriend
3) the third person says he's a foodie that's why he loves to exercise regularly
4) the fourth person is a lady she said she exercise regularly because she loves flat tummy.

If you seeing this share some reasons why you exercise regularly?

I don't exercise regularly and that's why I am gaining weight and easy to get tired.
 
The most common reason why people are exercising is due to the reason no.1 and the rest is that they've been used to it and it became a habit.

Interesting.
I used to exercise (the typical exercise) regularly in the past and the main reasons I did so was to feel good and keep fit. Then I would jog regularly around town, plus lift weights, do brisk walk etc... Now, I don't feel the way I used to feel which usually made me to exercise that way in the past, so I hardly "exercise" these days. I instead do tasks that require physical activities in place of typical exercise.  If you know what you are doing, you can actually be fit and feel good without depending  too much on exercise.

I really like Chlorine Ting home workouts she has her YouTube channel, as well as a site with a marathon workout that provides detailed instructions on which days to do what workout, they are very effective and free at the same time, in a word - I recommend

You did not add other reason and that is other people exercise because they are already has findings of having a health Issues.

so am i that has those feeling as well.

Recently, I stayed up late every day. I felt that my back was very cold and my cervical spine was uncomfortable. I kept running for a week, and the whole person was more energetic. I plan to increase my exercise time. The surprise is that my muscle mass is also increasing.

I exercise to be healthy and no reason why I do that is because I want to be healthy for the rest of my life. Doing exercise can be many types and that is not just going to a gym but we can also exercise at our home which will help us reduce the cost.

Exercise is mostly done for couple of reasons, first to remain fit and secondly it just helps your mind as well to take a break from the dairy work and you concentrate on your health and fitness. This also acts like a me time and break from the rest.

I took up walking during the restrictions & lockdowns caused by covid. I feel a bit fitter but it’s more more good mental health than being super fit. I’m no athlete to put it mildly Cheesy
