Anyway if you're really learning, then I'll take back what I said. As there were many posters that asked similar questions from time to time but the moment they realized earning wasn't as easy as they thought, they bailed. So yeah, no hard feelings.

New campaigns have many slots, while existing ones might see 0 - 3 vacant slots after each week.

Since you have 1 Merit, you'll be promoted to Jr. Member after your Activity count reaches 30 (now it's at 14). So you have to participate more in discussions and gain another 9 more Merits before you reach Member rank.

Meanwhile Bounties are open to almost everyone as long as they have some social media account, and the activities involve promoting on an external platform (not necessarily this forum). You can check the Bounty (altcoins) subforum @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

Yup, 9 Merits.

1 Merit makes you a Jr Member but your Activity count also has to match the minimum too. You can check the rank requirements @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.0

In addition to activity, everyone now has a merit score, and you need both a certain activity level and a certain merit score in order to reach higher member ranks. The required scores are:

Rank	Required activity	Required merit
Brand new	0	0
Newbie	1	0
Jr Member	30	1
Member	60	10
Full Member	120	100
Sr. Member	240	250
Hero Member	480	500
Legendary	Random in the range 775-1030	1000

You get merit points when someone sends you some for one of your posts. Additionally, when someone sends you merit points, half of those points can be sent by you to other people.

You mistakenly think 1 merit with 30 activities makes you a jr.member, while 10 merits with 60 activities makes you a member. your activity is obtained from your posts for 14 days without deleting or deleting the calculation period with a total of 14 activities and if for 14 days you cannot post at least 14 posts then it will be accumulated for the next 2 weak (activity), only for the previous 2 weak and so on.

Newbies cannot wear the signature, hence you cannot join any signature campaign. You can work in social media bounty which includes twitter, telegram, facebook, article writing and youtube video creation.
In order to join signature campaigns, you need to be a Jr Member.

In order to become a Jr Member, you need to get 30 activity. It won't be a problem for you, it just takes time, as you already have the 1 merit requirement.

To acquire 30 activity you need to post. 14 post equals to 14 activity. It says in the rules that even though you posted 15 times already and you'll still get 14 activity then just post once a day but if the activity rised up to 15 then keep posting. After you posted in a thread, 25 mins later you can post again and so on. You just have to be hard working and within weeks you'll become a Jr Member in no time. After that you can apply signature campaigns.

Quite a track for bounty hunting, with cero added value towards the forum itself, but at least all his posts are self-contained on Altcoin Bounty threads.

We could actually find grandfathered active Legendary accounts with the similar bounty hunting patterns. It’s their prerogative, although from a discussion and learning point of view, they don’t really follow a path to emulate.

Yes, there are mostly two types on Newbies on the forum. One who are only looking to work in bounty and don't post anywhere else and the other one like OP who is looking to learn something or participating in discussions.

Newbie still cannot join into a bounty campaigns try to earn some merit to wear a signature, i guess its another member just want to earn with the bounties, if you have a chance try better ranks that gives more reward if you focus on this bounty spam its not a good thing.

To become a Jr. member, it is necessary to earn at least 1 merit, not 2 merits. And OP has already achieved 2 merits. But still he is newbie. He needs 30 activity to become a Jr. member and he has to wait a few more days to achieve it.

As usual i would suggest you to give some time and first all make some constructive post and indulge yourself in good contribution on the forum rather than seeking for campaign on the forum.You should now work for your rank up and merit gaining which could help you a lot.

Now to answer your question you have gained 2 merits from the sources and you only need to have atleast 30 activity to reach junior rank but most of the campaign at this time allow full members slot only if you look at most of the legit ones and junior slots are very less so try to reach full member slot at least.

You should aim high and reflect the same in your post that you don't need to ask for such things but your first goal should be exchanging knowledge and learning from others at best place(Bitcointalk forum) and slowly you will get a chance to earn also if you are passionate and dedicated for it but contribution should be our main goal.

Right now there is no signature available for the newbie member. Because most bounty managers like to take Members to rank minimum, I have seen a few bounty managers also take Jr rank for their bounty but it's very rare. So forget about the signature right now. Try to rank up your account with quality posts. Before making any post read more and more. It will be helpful for you to make posts in this forum.

You can join bounty like social media, blog/content creator, Translation, etc still. A lot of managers take newbie /copper members for their bounty. But I don't suggest you do blog/content and translation creation bounty if you have a skill.

This forum is not a marketplace for earning money, But if you have some good skills you can offer here and get paid for your work. If you don't have any skills, Try to develop some skills and after that come here. Hope you will be paid for your skill and good work.

If you see most of the bounty hunters are newbies and thread is filled with so many pages within few time of announcement of that campaign and all the account you checked have been setup purely for this purpose and he can also apply for the same if he wish to do so.

Ofcourse he can get paid for his services but he need to make such threads in the relevant section like services section if he wants to have any or give his own.There are lot of other sections like collectibles wher you or anyone could sell btc or crypto related stuff but with proper rules and regulations on trust.If you talk about skills then you need it everywhere if you want to earn.Like if he is taking about signature campaign then he needs to rank up and make up quality posts on the forum even if he is selected with time and that requires skills and knowledge.

Like what most have already mentioned, newbies cannot participate into bounty/signature campaigns since such accounts cannot wear signatures on their profiles. The lowest ranking eligible to participate into campaign signatures are "Jr. Members" but there seems to be few campaigns that accept such rank due to high transaction fees garnered. That is why, mostly, campaigns accept only "Full Members to Hero/Legendary Ranks" in order to maximize exposure and payments.

If you joined this forum primarily to earn, it is better to change your mindset already. Focus on improving your post quality so that merits would be the one chasing your account.

Newbies have no chance to participate in the signature campaign. There are two options for you. You can participate in social media bounty or grow up your account first. If you rank up your account then you can participate in the signature campaign.
