I'm looking at different options for ASIC hosting, but I'm not sure who I should go with. I have an AvalonMiner 1166 Pro, and the power prices where I live (in Santa Clara County, California) are 19c/kWh most of the day and as high as 49c/kWh in the afternoon. It would be impossible to make much profit off the machine with those prices. I know that there are hosters who charge as little as 5c/kWh. Does anyone here have recommendations for good hosters that could work for my machine? I only have the one machine, so I can't pay to host anything in bulk. I am trying to slowly build up a farm of machines over time, however.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

You will likely pay closer to .10+/- per kWh for hosting

Even that would still be a tremendous improvement. Do you have any recommendations?

Recommended a place to a friend of a friend and he ended up paying $0.14 which does not seem reasonable long term (next bear cycle).

I might be able to host a single unit if I decide to fire up the old mine, feel free to DM
