Hi, your range in searchspace is around -116 bit to 116 bit (=117bit or up to 118bit).
As you don't know in which bitrange the key is exactly to be found it will increase the searchtime. I don't have the math but I think when using pollard kangaroo and you don't know the exact bitrange (somewhere between -116bit to +116bit), you will increase searchtime to the same (if not even more) as a regular 120bit key. BSGS will need too much memory and preprocessing time.
You might expose your calculations for the target key so people can audit and you could get more feedback.
Edit: I personally (not a math or crypto guy) don't believe in these tricky calculations. It is very easy to think of them and it is not a thing in any published ECDLP optimization. There is maybe even a simple mathematical law that prohibits these kind of approaches absolutely.
I'm curious what people like gmaxwell think of these recent approaches you can find in some threads in development sub-forum.
Edit: I realized you don't know the sign of the PK. This increases searchspace even more. I've edited my message above accordingly.

It's puzzle #120 of the Bitcoin challenge transactions. Needless to say though, I don't think anybody remembers the original puzzle author by now, there's no existing evidence of the authorship left.

Is there any successful crackers craked an existing Bitcoin address. If this is possible, why is it no one dared to opened the Genesis address. I dared them to open it or else you are wasting time.

Genesis address is different from the rest of the bitcoin addresses, consensus rules prevent you from spending bitcoins from the Genesis address even if you have its private key.

Genesis address is different from the rest of the bitcoin addresses, consensus rules prevent you from spending bitcoins from the Genesis address even if you have its private key. Only the first 50 coins are not in the UTXO set. There are more than 3000 UTXO, 18.5 BTC waiting to be spent.
