Cloudbet.com scam - Closed account after having no balance

What happened::
On 18-04-2018 I registered my account and made a deposit on Cloudbet of 0.04580740BTC.
On 03-05-2018 I placed a couple of winning bets on a soccer match. After the match finished I received an email from cloudbet that my account was blocked to conduct a betting integrity investigation. This could take up to 6 months.

Fast forward to 2021, I still have not received any message regarding this investigation. I contacted their live chat on april 22th 2021 and they told me that I had to send my documents to verify my account. I have immediately sent them all the documents.

After 5 months I still have not received any message from them so I entered their live chat again on 07-09-2021. They told me that my account has been closed down due to inactivity for over 12 months. They said the account was closed because there was no balance on the account.

As I stated earlier, the account was locked due to winning bets on 03-05-2018. Therefore is not possible that there was no balance and it is not possible to close down the account without any notice while having at least 0.0916148BTC in balance. The live chat told me that there is nothing they could do. They can also can not provide me any transaction history because the account is closed and totally blank. I already filed a complain at their licence party: E-Gambling Montenegro. Is there anything else I can do, or can the @Cloudbet customer service pick this up? I really want to get a refund of my funds.

So I quote from one of Cloudbet's recent reviews and I see no doubts and suspicions like yours.

It seems that Cloudbet is one of the worst casinos for Bitcoin players. It has received a 2.8 out of 5 rating from me.

I just finished reading your detailed review and this time I agree with you that cloudbet is one of the worst known crypto betting websites now, if we don't count some unknown and scam betting websites.
I saw they are charging extra fee for withdrawal like exchanges, but bad thing is their customer support is constantly lying people about that and they say it's only transaction fee.
Good days of Cloudbet are long gone, so better switch to Sportsbet or Stake for sports betting and Roobet for games.

What you should do is contact the party/team:@Cloudbet, for your problem.

After you have done all that, if there is also no positive response, then you can make accusations against them, but for now, even though you have made accusations against them, we can't draw conclusions which are right and wrong, obviously each member can't accept only one party's complaints, of course both parties must be present to solve your problem, your case i see no response since you made this accusation 7 seb 2021.

What is certain is that from Cloudbet we also need some response, maybe you make up stories when you lose in gambling bets, that's my thought.

When you say it's closed, does it mean you cannot login as well? Well if you can, can you do some screenshots of your account, especially on the history of deposits and bets.
Also, kindly include some screenshot of the chat/message logs for more proofs.

Now, if this is really true, then not only the funds was taken from you but your personal info as well which is quite disturbing.
