The best is still bitcoin. What NFTs has brought to the market is just the same as the crowdfunding that became hype because of those who got in first and made a huge profit because they're early.
We're about to see if next year NFTs are still a thing, maybe some of those that really has a huge volume will remain but most of those that are worthless NFTs, they'll be gone and eventually die.

NFTs were overhyped this summer, but I think they're getting less popular these days, and in a couple of years from now we'll forget they were ever a thing. They are largely useless, there are too many of them, and they often signify ownership of something readily available online. Sometimes they're good, but not in the sense of a good investment. They're another way of supporting artists and other content creators: you can support them on Patreon, buy merch or participate in an NFT auction. As for trading NFTs, it's probably possible to make it profitable, but I wouldn't risk getting into it.

The best investment is something that will remain to be valuable even after decades or centuries. NFT is definitely not the thing. A piece of land is better than NFT in many ways, so are precious stones like diamonds.
People should be extra careful about NFT investment today. There is so much hype around NFT that many are just riding with it. I'm afraid time will come when we see this trend die down. I think NFT is not a long term investment.

Of course it can be an investment as it's considered to be the future of copyright, but it's still a young idea with a giant step to the future.
With Ethereum, to mint a single NFT, it costs about 100$ mining fee, so this is a factor why this trend has been excessively promoted during the last two years. Until polygon allowed its users to create NFTs with less cost but unfortunately its NFTs can only be sold in OpenSea.
Don't get amazed by the value of some NFTs, they are leaded by hype and it's expected to vanish soon like happened with the ICO/IEO trends and Meme coins.

Base on you question probably yes in my personal opinion wherein since NFT's project becomes more interesting nowadays because of its features, i mean reason mostly investor can really obtain good returns from it, and for sure there will be more new things in it that can get more attention around the internet as they're really receiving positive feedbacks everytime when there's a new update or there's a good improvement in the market.. Of course, NFT is the future of copyright and a huge field for the imagination of new artists. Yes, NFTs are huge and will continue to get bigger because 1) the ownership and uniqueness capability combined with blockchain technology is key to solving so many issues, especially KYC related issues, and 2) they protect invention and innovation. That's literally wrong. The best should be the one that dominates the market, and that is bitcoin.
As of now, NFT's investments are very risky because they are currently hype, so there's a chance that you'll lose you money if you invest on a wrong project. Some NFTs are profitable but not all, that's why you cant' generalize, you still have to do the due diligence in investing so you'll end up with the right one, but to the question, I would always prefer to invest on bitcoin for long term hold.
