Let's say you want to know the "right unknown" through coin flipping... for example, you ask in your heart whether it will rain tommorow or not, and then represent one side of the coin with Yes answer and the other Side with No, what is the chance that you will get the right answer when the coin is flipped randomly?
In my opinion, and as a religious person, I think you will likely always get the right answer if you depend on GOD to give you the answer, but you have to be qualified to receive answer from HIM. According to the scripture, HE doesnt listen to certain people (sinners). So, you'll need to be qualified to rely on that. If this is the case, we could conclude that certain people shouldn't use lottery or dice to determine the truth because it probably won't be accurate.
*Hope people don't use this to test our CREATOR. You (esp believers) can only do it when it's absolutely necessary/needed. Testing HIM is not good.
