The first time I registered through the planetofbets.ng domain I can't find a way to change my password but all domains work when i use the same password

I can't really blame them for being too cautious. they just want valid evidence that the gambling site you were advertising is legitimately part of planetofbets.com. there have been a lot of complaints/scam accusations that have been posted here in the forum regarding gambling phishing sites.

I don't really see the point of asking the thread to be deleted. the concern of other members was valid. as for the reputation of the gambling site(if you are worried), I don't think the comments on this thread will have a negative impact on the gambling site. anyway, there is a "report to moderator" button on the bottom right side of the first post you made. you can ask there for the post to be deleted but there is no guarantee the thread will be deleted unless the reason for deleting the thread is valid. you can also lock the thread and let it be buried by threads that is being bumped to the top.

I am not admin. You should have said that both site is related and owned by same entity. For you not stating it completely made someone accused you right away. Even me is concerned about this as the site is premiered on 2006 but the domain lookup result is not the same as mentioned in my previous post. OP, I think your poor English might be one of the reasons why people are having doubts about the legitimacy of the site. People are also naturally cautious about sub-domains (mirror sites) because it opens up a world of possibilities for scammers to perform phishing attacks on the users.

I think the primary site has to issue some kind of "Official" notice to inform people on the mirror sites that they are using. (Stake.com did this on their forum and also via their Official Telegram channel)

It's not rare if the platform was previously a fiat-only type of casino. Bookmakers such as bet365, bwin, William Hill, and others who deal exclusively with fiat require that their customers provide all their details upon signing up. If one of them were to adapt crypto, that probably wouldn't change. The same thing happened here. I mean, there are already posts suggest that the website is actually part of plnaetofbets.com. all you have to do is show it to them. then if they still think that the website is shady, then there is nothing you can do about it.

people here in the forum are usually cautious and they always assume(including me) new gambling sites are or can be a scam and that is why they usually ask questions firsts and investigate.

What do you mean this forum does not have the right administrator?. Theymos have done a lot of things on this forum and also thw other admin. It is harsh but it is reality, there are some people who will say mean things but because of them you have a chance to make it easier to make them look fool for such false accusations and will also prove that your platform is to be trusted and legit. This always happens to new ones even if it is just a sister company or whatever it is when it is not mentioned or stated just like what you did before you explained it.

The admin is busy and if someone wanted to change their username for example then they have to wait and not even sure if admin did read and will consider changing it. In your case is, the admin has nothing to do with it. Forum users can accuse you that the platform is a scam. No matter what the accusations are as long as the project is legit then you don't have to worry about. Those accusations are nothing if you can prove that it is not a scam. Accusing a forum user is not a violation in forum and the accusation could be proven if the evidence is strong and if the evidence can't support the accusation then nothing to be afraid of.

I have no doubt that your and JT's intention was to warn others and protect them from what you thought was a phishing website and it wasn't a personal attack. However, IMHO, calling them scammers without hard evidence was a bit harsh.

Anyway and for what it's worth, I can confirm that both addresses (.bet and .com) are owned by the same company (planet of bets). I created an account on the .com website and I was able to access my account from the .bet website.
