being too caught up on what other people think/say about you won't really help the advertising(if you still are) that you are doing for the gambling site . instead of being hurt about being called a scammer, make your move and prove him wrong. if you plan on staying on this forum, I suggest on growing a thicker skin so an opinion like that won't easily affect you.

It's not rare if the platform was previously a fiat-only type of casino. Bookmakers such as bet365, bwin, William Hill, and others who deal exclusively with fiat require that their customers provide all their details upon signing up. If one of them were to adapt crypto, that probably wouldn't change. The same thing happened here. At least, it's been proven that the site is not a phishing site of the original domain, but I would still not trust them with my KYC details. If they want to create a healthy userbase on this forum, the KYC requirement has to go.

And as a brand representative you must know how to calmly handle such situations. Instead of attacking him, foccus more on proving him wrong.
Mods will not remove his post even if you report it since he didn't break any of the forum rules.
JeromeTash is a reasonable person and am sure he will edit/remove his post as soon as he realizes he was wrong. Otherwise, just forget it exists and move on.

If you attack them then it would only make the platform guilty of what they say about the site. Since you have said that both site is related then we know that the site is not what they claim it. If KYC is mandatory then it's not my thing.

If you type and search PlanetOfBets which will lead you to PlanetOfBets.com and if you open their phishing link which is a PlanetOfBets.bet. They are both different gambling sites and the PlanetOfBets.bet domain name is a scam.
You are not welcome here anyway if your intention is scamming people, you have got a mistake because we know how to research first before using the site.

It would be best if you stop asking them to edit their posts but instead link the proof that the domain of the website is legitimately part of planetofbets.com. I mean, there are already posts suggest that the website is actually part of plnaetofbets.com. all you have to do is show it to them. then if they still think that the website is shady, then there is nothing you can do about it.

people here in the forum are usually cautious and they always assume(including me) new gambling sites are or can be a scam and that is why they usually ask questions firsts and investigate.
