You should update this to reflect your website.

As far as I can tell, your platform only accepts Bitcoin deposits.

You specifically stated that VPNs are allowed, so why do you have this in the User Agreement?

The User Agreement appears to have been copied from the BC.game website without first reviewing it carefully and adapting it to your own service. Please do not interpret my comment as malicious, but rather as a constructive criticism and an incentive to do better.

If it was a whole casino then I would understand. What does the big casinos have? Crash games, dice games, slots, plinko, roullette, maybe video poker, and some other stuff. Sure they all have that, and a selection of slots is veeeery common, they are all the same. However, they are offering maybe like 5-10 different games and maybe 100 different options of those games. So, that means there is at least an option to go through, a regular casino could have a different slot game than the other casino and vice versa.

Here we are talking about just one single game that is exactly the same as it is everywhere else, and that is not good. They have implemented it amazingly, good job but just change some features, add something new or whatever so that we could actually have some more fun. You are not giving MD5 hash in advance before round start - it says "Generating" and then after new round start it changes to MD5 hash of previous round so there is no way for us to get hash in advance and check after... Also algorithm of generating secret seed under MD5 hash is unknown?

I am not entirely sure if KYC is a good thing or a bad thing. At one hand I do want people who do bad things to get caught, at the other hand no bad person is dumb enough to get caught gambling via KYC neither. I mean maybe small-time ones could be, but the real big ones won't be caught with this method. So, the whole point of KYC is stupid, so it is really great that this place doesn't have it at all, it would be really a big shame if they do start it in the future, but the governments and basically every paperwork in the world suggests that one day this place will be pressured to do it as well.

I also would understand them giving in and putting KYC eventually when they grow because that is literally every casino, if they get a bit big suddenly, they get pressure from governments to put KYC or they would start attacking the website with illegal management.

I also think not asking for KYC is a good thing. something that creates embarrassment when it comes to KYC.

For example, there are cases where the person is asked to provide proof of residence, the person may be 25 years old and living in their parents' house and it may be difficult to have this proof of residence document in the House of the parents

If those options listed are adhered to then it means the site should have enough players trooping to it. A lot of players do not like going through the KYC process as it exposes their data which they do not like. We can only hope that the company does not change the rule and then come up and try to apply KYC when players want to withdraw their winnings.

I think this incident happened 2 days ago and it must have been confirmed that the balance may have been credited to his account, because so far @Tessnik has not commented on whether the problem is over or not.

According to their deposit page, it says BTC deposit should be reflected in the balance once you send the BTC; it doesn’t even require 1 confirmation for deposit while for withdrawal, your deposit must have 1 confirmation.
