The only profitable coin that can be mined by CPU is Monero but don't get me wrong, the profitability is little compared to GPU mining right now, however if you have nothing to do you can do like 0.6 USD daily with it and it doesn't consume much energy only 105 watt by mining Monero. For the miner there are a lot by I have seen XMR to be the best miner.

This CPU is not profitable for mining and those high end AMD CPU like threadrippers are freaking too costly, it's better to sell them and use the money to buy cheap graphic cards for mining, also Monero mining sucks bad since they change to RandomX algorithm

I see minimum 17000 h/s at https://xmrig.com/benchmark?cpu=AMD+Ryzen+9+5900X+12-Core+Processor

But my cpu shows lower performance. is there any special settings ?

Check your CPU usage, make sure nothing else is running and miner gets it all.

RandomX is very sensitive to memory latency. You need 3200 CL14 memory to achieve 15+ kh/s and 3600 CL14 with tuned sub-timings for 16+ kh/s.

Are you running the miner as admin? Some optimizations required it, but normally running a miner as admin is not
recommended for security reasons. YMMV.

Edit: it's best to check cpu usage even you're not running anything else, you never know what Widows is running in the back ground.
