I agree with you, if the smartFi project cooperates with Sovryn, but does the token also use the RSK network as well, if SmartFi cooperates with Sovryn, seeing sales are selling so fast, this indicates that investors are very interested in the SmartFi project

If the KYC system is disruptive, they shouldn't be able to get so many investors and raise more than $5M, because investors will feel more annoyed. If it was improved, it might be even better.
Of course there is a logical reason that makes you get rejected. You just have to try again and find out where the problem occured.

I've been trying to buy some Smartfi tokens but verification was preventing me to buy that. Smartfi needs to use 3rd party service to handle KYC verification instead of doing a manual review that will be having the same result as an automatic review for the KYC verification.
The reason for the rejection of our KYC must be revealed to make sure the users will able to send the correct KYC again. TBH smartfi team was handling KYC verification badly. There must something need to be done to fix it as soon as possible or they will be loosing users to buy smartfi speculative token.

maybe the data provided earlier is not clear and it is difficult for them to read, but it would be great if the SmartFi team can also improve their services for people who want to become their investors, if KYC is long in the process of course it will be an obstacle for investors

It took me a little more than 3 days to confirm level 3. The problems were caused by the fact that almost at the same time 150 people submitted their documents for verification, now I understand that there should be no problems. The main thing is to go through the procedure before the weekend.

I see there's no burning, the token sale event is continuing. As I read in their whitepaper, this token sale event is very different from typical token sale.

It is totally different model from any other token sale. When users buy SMTF they are funding loan demand (money raised is not spent - it stays in the system - that’s why the token sale is ongoing as long as demand for loans is there -  price goes up with more tokens sold because it supports business model to expand.
