The kernel log you posted isn't complete, the fan check is the first stage, most issues happen after that, unless it's a fan issue whereby the kernel log will stop, but not the same way your kernel log looks like, so please post the whole thing.

Also, make sure you use the tag code, this post looks messy, it has to be like this.

~snip~

Actually doesn't help anything you just quoted your kernel logs above with code tag
Copy the whole kernel logs, not the partial if these are the only kernel logs that you can copy from your miner I would suggest flashing your miner first with SD card.

Follow the guide from here S9 series (S9, S9i, S9j, S9 Hydro) Control Board Program Recovery
And then flash it with the latest firmware from Bitmain then setup the miner and run it again wait for 30 minutes to run the miner then copy the kernel logs again and paste it here.

Also, make a screenshot of your "Miner's status" then upload it to imgur.com then paste the link here so that we can see if your miner still detecting the hashboard or if there is abnormal fan speed under miner status.

You can also read this "Antminer Problem and solution" and maybe the solution of your problem is already there just apply the solution suggested under that page.

Code:
driver-btm-c5.c:2990:check_fan_beforeInit: get fan[5] speed=5760

And then what happens after this line? there is no way the kernel log will stop at this stage, it needs to check the other fan which is usually fan 6 in your case, or at least tell you that one of the fans is lost, not sure why haven't you posted the complete kernel log, nobody can help you if you can't read and understand simple requests.
