Good marketing initiative, but I think that you should probably do stuff that are a bit more specific than leaderboard positions.

E.g., perhaps run contests with particular leverage/profits? $10 for whoever is able to hit the highest profit with 500x leverage etc.

Just my two cents to keep the engagement up.

This is a good idea, I think having a different races to different leverage could be good too but we do appreciate the current promotion you have that by just playing you would be able to win more. I see that it was daily, I think I'll give it a shot.

Once someone has a negative profit, he has more to make up for and will likely be out of this race. A daily or weekly race for a Leaderboard might attract more users, as they're more likely to win this.

When I want to use mobile mode the display is so messy it seems there are still a lot of things that need to be fixed for this mode but on the computer display there is no problem even I like it, it's just that on mobile it doesn't fully support it.

Their site is stilll not responsive that's why it look messy in our phone when we access it. But as what I can remember, they said that they are working on that one, probably very soon they'll update their site with a very clean and responsive site for any device. Just wait for it.
Their site is pretty young, I believe there would be great changes that will come sooner or later.

I have to take it there that the site is still new so the team still needs to do it so that it is responsive on all versions including mobile, and maybe I missed those words from the admin so I don't know about this, but with that conversation then I wouldn't worry for sure they as a team would sort it out quickly.
For now we can only enjoy it in the computer version and indeed this is everyday life at home only in front of the PC.

Daily leaderboard is most suitable for this type of competition. But OP said that there isn't enough activity of the users. A forever leaderboard will not attract new people as it will be tough to beat the top profit makers. Because they have low betting limits and maximum 5 bets can be kept open at a single time. Giving prize to the all time highest wager maker will be reasonable. But the profit maker contest leaderboard should get cleaned each day. BTW, I will opt in the contest if OP change it to the daily one.

I think that is one of their priority some users doesn't have computer available anytime and some people play on their free time like on their work break and having mobile version is pretty popular for some people. I actually do like playing on mobile but yes the desktop version works very well and smoothly.

Mobile I would say is just an alternative when you cannot use your computer or do not have it. Computer is always easy to use and always put you at an advantage spot over mobile. As you can be quick and more efficient on computer than you can be on your mobile.

You are in TOR browser, right? Is it still same there? TOR browser isn't allowing to open the mail address. But I have checked with Chrome and another browser. Both of the browser are forwarding me to my mail app and their support mailing address automatically getting filled in the receiver part (when I'm clicking on ‘contact us’).
And I can see their support mail while I'm holding my finger on their ‘contact us’ part (in mobile).

It's not actually xbit but "500x bit" since they offer a 500x leverage on their website and bit is for Bitcoin of course which what they accept on their website. Yes it's really nice if they would be able to have a mobile version as soon as possible most us these days are playing through our mobile even in casino games I am using my mobile to place bets.

Previously the website had been officially opened but the team said a few days ago after announcing the contest they were busy working on the website so it might be under maintenance until they re-announce it here.

I think 500xbit already knows about the display complaints in phones and they must have seen this, so it's likely to be accompanied by this so when the website recovers all versions are available by then.
